I had a great experience at Abra on River road in Naperville (other than the fact that my car was messed up). The office is clean and bright and Amy was very polite and professional. Shawn St. Amand did my estimate. I had gotten two other estimates and I was basically handed a piece of paper with a bottom line number on it. At Abra, Shawn sat down with me and explained everything in detail. I have Farmer’s insurance. Farmer’s has a «Circle of Dependability» for body shops. If you go to one of those shops and are not happy with the work, Farmer’s will go after the shop so you don’t have to. Abra is in Farmer’s Circle of Dependability. Abra’s estimate was in the middle of the three that I got. I went with them because of the impression I got from the estimate process and the Circle of Dependability thing.
We picked up the car today. It was ready when they originally said it would be. It looks great. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
