Our server had crashed! Our compnay was unable to function and the owner came out and worked on it for 2 days before telling us that there was nothing else he could do for us and to contact Dell or Microsoft. We eneded up finding a great IT company out of Sacramento that came to our rescure and had us up and runing in 24 hours!
