I just started working in Napa and went to Panache on the suggestion of a colleague. The first time I went I had a great experience. Cute salon, nice girls, Kendall did a great job touching up my pixie cut that I had been neglecting and was fun to talk to the whole time. 4 – 5 stars for them.
But I had to give it a one star on my last experience. Kendall was unavailable as I called mid-​day, day of, and she was going out of town the next day. Needing my hair cleaned up for my only sibling’s wedding in a week and a half, I was willing to try anyone. I got Susie M. She was nice, greeted me kindly, smelled of cigarettes, looked at the pictures I brought for inspiration and pictures I had of me, washed my hair and gave my a very nice quick head massage, and then proceeded to butcher my short short hair to look nothing like I showed her. As she cut, the cuttings would fall into my eyes, so I sat there with my eyes closed as she ruined my hair. Most of it is ok, but the worst part is at my hairline and widow’s peak which is now so short and uneven I can’t do anything with it even with products I don’t normally use in it. It too short to try and fix. Normally I would let a bad haircut slide. But with a week and a half until my brother’s wedding in which I am a bridesmaid, I am looking for headbands, ribbons, and veils to cover what Susie M. did to me.
Panache is a nice place; Kendall was great; I am sure many of the other girls are great. But AVOID SUSIE M. if you don’t have enough hair to take to someone else to fix. She saw me crying on the phone in the parking lot and just walked past my car, after charging me full price.

I recently had my hair dyed at another local salon, and the girl who did it really screwed it up to say the least. A friend recommend Kendall Palfini at Panache, so I made an appointment. She did an amazing job! She did an awesome color correction. So glad I was recommended to her.

Theresa is my fav! Can’t get better! Sweet, funny and affordable! Not to mention she always does a great job. I’ve been to a number of places based on when I need to get in but now I hold out to book with her!

Definitely recommend Kendall Pelfini! She was my hairstylist for a year until I moved. I was blonde when we started and she transformed me into a brunette! She always has great ideas and suggestions, but is a great listener and does what you ultimately want. She’s great, go see her!

Ask for Kendall Pelfini! She is the youngest hairstylist at Pinache studios and is very aware of what is CURRENT and TRENDING. If you are not sure about what you want to do with your hair she is excellent as recommending something new and exciting! I went from having long dirty (fried) blonde hair to platinum blonde shoulder length hair with bangs! Super edgy and I love it!
She is your GO TO GIRL for blondes to brunettes, ombré to red, and even crazy colors! Ps. she does the best updos! Especially for weddings!

I walked into Panache and was greeted right away by Desiree she tried her hardest to get me in right away but she did have a stylist coming in a few hours. Desiree put me right into the books.
When I returned. Desiree again greeted me right away by name.
Kendall was my stylist and did a wonderful job she was very sweet. I love my new hair style!!!

Nikki is my favorite! This salon is the greatest. It’s nothing extravagant, but it’s such a nice little salon and I’ve never seen anyone leave with a less than beautiful look… including me if I do say so myself!

Charmaine always makes me look my best! Great with colors, she has never let me make bad choices with my hair!!! I’ve been a client for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone here has always been so friendly. What a great place that Julie has put together!

I used to come to this salon way back in the day and thought I’d give it a try again. Teresa cut my hair, and unfortunately, she did so in 20 minutes. The results were less than desirable. I had to go to another salon and have another hairdresser fix it. However, Teresa seemed very responsive in returning my call to address my concerns.

came here for a quick haircut. took about 10 minutes which was great. record time haircut had me a bit worried but turned out just fine. would come back here if i lived here

After going through many stylists who just couldn’t get it right I found Panache, more importantly Brownwyn. She has managed to give my flat, limp hair bounce and shine, with a great cut and excellent highlights — highly recommend!

This place is great! Missy does my color and she is awesome. I have long hair and my appointments take a couple hours, but she never complains. She brings me ice water with lemon while I sit in the chair, it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! I will continue to go back again and again.

After having been to some less than stellar stylists, I tried Panache. You do pay for what you get! Danielle is great at colorist and did wonders with my frizzy curls. I’ll be back!

I had a terrible experience at another salon so I decided to stop here and see how they were. The receptionist and all the girls who work there are extremely nice and the place is just filled with positivity. And to top it all off, their work is magnificent! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, you won’t regret it!

I agree about Julie! She’s been cutting my hair for as long as I can remember and she’s the best! Panache is a great salon, very friendly and comfortable. They also have the best Iced tea ever!
