Don’t purchase car covers from «Budge» brand. I paid the extra money for the four-​star Silver edition that was supposed to have a five year warranty and it only lasted eight months. Couldn’t find my name in the computer so couldn’t honor the replacement.

Don’t buy tire chains here. I bought some and didn’t fit my truck, couldn’t return them!

I have had a tail light out on my 2009 Corolla for over a week. The local dealer who sold it to me wouldn’t even call me back or give me any help, so in desperation I went on u-​tube watched a video and tried to remove the old light. Well, it fell out of the bracket creating a further problem. I went to O’ Reilly Auto Parts and the young man who helped me, can’t remember his name, was super. He got a long magnet and pulled the bulb out of the well inside the light holder. Then he checked it and discovered it was okay and had just been loose, so he put it back in and it is working great and I have an extra bulb which I bought for when it actually does burn out. I sure do appreciate such a fine and helpful employee and all for $ 7. He is a contrast to the dealership where I spent 14,000 dollars a few months ago only to be ignored after two phone calls this week. I think Jimmy Vassar Toyota has gotten «too big for their britches».

Thanks to the Asst. Manager, Harry for helping me today! He gave me lots of helpful information and I bought my part all in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be back.

I went there today because my car sounded weak when I started in the morning and I thought my battery needed to be replaced. The assistant manager Harry was very helpful and professional. He brought something out to my car and measures how strong your battery is charging. Just as I thought my battery was going bad. He made sure I bought the correct battery and then… You won’t believe this but he offered to pit the new battery in for me. What a absolute life saver. He really made my day. I am grateful that Harry was at work today and truly appreciate all he has done for a perfect stranger he went out of his way to help. God bless you Harry!

I WISH, I WISH, I WISH I had gotten the names of the young men who helped me, because I would sing all sorts of praises about them!
I was on my way back to Oakland at night when I realized not one, but both my headlights were out. With a sleeping child in the back, there was definitely a bit of panic and I didn’t want to resort to being the ass using her high beams on. Luckily, these guys came to my rescue. I was super lucky they were open as this all went down around 9:00 pm.
The guy helping me easily located the lights I needed and came out to help me replace them because, well, I have no idea how to replace headlights. Also, one of my parking lights was out and he was kind enough to help me replace that as well. There was some difficulty removing one of the lights and his friends, who happen to be purchasing some items, came out to help as well which I thought was the sweetest thing.
Even with the stubborn part, I was in and out in about 20 – 30 minutes. The entire experience was easy and they were all incredibly friendly. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would have offered to get them a round of beers!

I am so annoyed with these guys.
I bought snow chains from them last week and they snapped the first time I used them. I just had the store manager on the phone and he actually pretended our phone connection was bad!
I’m going to go through the manufacturer… hopefully someone still stands behind their products.

I LOVE this auto parts store, They are VERY FRIENDLY, very knowledgeable. the help with everything. From finding the right windshield wipers and INSTALLING THEM to testing my car batteries.
They even gave me a huge discount when I returned a battery which was almost 2 years old. They warranty their items.
Danny is very nice there and all of the staff. I like how they have female employees too who really know there stuff!
Terrific friendly store. I am a loyal customer because they have always treated me so good!
