John helped me on my visit and was so kind and explained everything perfectly. His honestly and friendliness alone will keep me a customer for life! My car was fixed after a fender bender in 3 days time and they cleaned it inside and out! I would recommend them to anyone needing body work done! Thanks guys for such a great experience!

Friday 11÷20÷15. I went to help my daughter to move, as soon as I loaded the Sequoia to the max. I broke the back gate handle and could not open the SUV or take any furniture out. I was desperate and went to the first place I can find. They were honest, reasonable, on time and pleasant. They could have taken advantage of a desperate situation, but John and his awesome technician made it sound that it is no big deal. I know it was impossible to fix it with fully loaded car, but they did. You did great job. Thank you very much and I will be back.

Napa Collision Center is an unassuming place off the main drag. I had once bumped my back fender, and they quickly and easily resolved the issue. I hadn’t made an appointment beforehand, but they were ready to help. The only problem is that their parking lot can be tricky. Other than that, it’s a friendly local business.

Really, really bad customer service. The guy was nice enough to pop a small dent out for free, but when I tried to make an appointment to have my front end looked at (as I was in a fender bender and believe there is some internal damage)
they treated me like I was crazy! I would have paid you for popping out the dent and clearly for any diagnosis. I spoke with someone on the phone the day prior and they made it sound like scheduling this would be no issue. I simply do not understand a business turning away money like this. They Were completely uninterested in helping me. I will go elsewhere clearly.

Worst body shop in napa. Unprofessional, zero integrity, poor quality workmanship. Had to visit multiple times for a simple replacement. Parts wernt ordered correctly, got my vehicle back in worse condition than it arrived. I do not recommend anyone use these guys started out great but ended with it costing me HUGE amounts of my time and now my own money.

I can’t give this place enough stars! My bumper was dented while parked in a parking lot, and long story short, I ended up at Napa Collision Center to get it fixed. They were incredibly friendly, fast, honest, and efficient. They replaced my entire bumper and even cleaned the inside of the car within two days!
I will definitely go to this place if I ever need more work done (hopefully not!) and I highly recommend them. Excellent service! Thank you!

If it were possible to give six stars, I would give all six to Napa Collision Center.
Four words: honest, friendly, affordable, and fast.
My experience: I was in a fender bender with my Mercedes. The back bumper had popped out and had some scuff marks and some scratches. It looked pretty bad, but repairable. I was afraid that I would have to replace the entire bumper though. We called and were answered within two rings. The man on the other end of the line was very friendly and said to stop by whenever convenient. Which I did. I pulled in to Napa collision center about 30 minutes later and was in a hurry. I walked into the office and Johnny was sitting there waiting on another customer. As soon as he was done (within two minutes) I introduced myself to him, explained what had happened, and he came right out to my car to take a look at it. He totally understood that I was in a hurry and didn’t bat an eye. He took one look at my bumper and knew what to do.
Right there on the spot he basically fixed my bumper. He first popped it back into place. He then went back in the office to get a buffer tool that eliminated 90% of the paint marks. It was a miracle. He basically fixed my bumper there on the spot within five minutes.
I asked them how much it would be, and he smiled and said no charge. If I had replaced the bumper it would’ve taken a few days to order and then cost probably anywhere from $ 500-​$ 800.
Hallelujah! Thank you Johnny and Napa Collision Center. I hopefully won’t need to go back there ever again but if I ever do need collision repair this is the first place I’m calling.

I took my car here after a fender bender and am very happy with the work that they did! Very friendly and fair price, what more can I say! I highly recommend them!
