We first met Lee Matlashewski on a Friday. He was very patient with me and showed us several vehicles. We thought about it over the weekend and went back on Monday to find he was busy with another customer so John Vilardi took us out for a test drive and then did all the paperwork for our new Highlander. We then went to finance where we met Zack Johnson. These three men are wonderful and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Cody Kidd was extremely patient with me as this was my first major purchase. I was pleased with the overall experience and outcome. However, I wish the experience could have been a little less stressful due to disagreement over the finalized figures. Overall, I would recommend using Cody Kidd and Sparks Toyota.

Leon Johnson is an excellent sales person! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered every question we had, was prompt with followup calls, and worked with us to make us comfortable with our purchase! I would definitely buy from Sparks again, especially if we could deal with Leon again! Thank you again, we love the Camry!

Think twice before you seal the deal with Sparks. While I was away my wife wanting a new car went to Sparks with a trade (Mazda 2) with 39 000 miles. she owed $ 5000 on it. Sparks told her they would make a great deal for her offering more for the trade than its worth. Bottom line she bought a base 2014 Toyota Corolla with Blue tooth hands free. A $ 15,000 dollar vehicle with simple upgrade… with her trade she has a Toyota Bill for $ 24,900 She can’t explain the $ 9000 dollar difference not including the $ 5000 trade in… Sparks are Elder abusers!

Ben Crawford was a pleasure to do business with. Was at this dealership two times previously to try & buy a car (Oct & Dec) and was never approached by a salesman regarding the possibility that I might actually want a car. Tried for the third time (I really like Toyota cars) and Brn was right there with a smile. Perhaps his background in the Army gives him a stronger ethical & moral compass then most car salesman but I can’t speak highly enough about the whole sales process with him. If you are looking for a new or used Toyota, ask for Ben when you go to this dealership. You will not regret it.

Went to the dealership this afternoon just to look. Ended up buying a RAV4. Bobby Hemphill (our salesman) is a pleasure to work with. He listens to the customer — rare these days. Our experience at Sparks was a pleasure start to finish which is rare indeed. Good job, Bobby.

This dealership from the moment one enters offers a friendly environment and is void of the standard sales practices use to confuse customers. It is very easy to purchase a vehicle here. No pressure to buy today but just enough to insure one goes back. From Michael Holmes in sales to the service dept, there is a «class act» feeling one gets there.
I have been coming back to Sparks for years and alway enjoy the time spend there whether sales or service. I like that the used cars are all opened up so I can peruse the lot while waiting for service. Many dealers do not do that. The staff is genuine and the entire operation is a class act. From sales to service my expectations are alway been met and exceeded…
I have always had my vehicles serviced by Sparks as they almost reach Lexus/​Infiniti quality in their new building, Service bay and waiting area… The main difference is Lexus/​Infinti snacks are free However Sparks does have a luncheonette and offers free and very good Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!
I have never dealt with a more calm and collected Manager than Will Jordan. We made the deal in 20 minutes. Approach with a fair offer and they will oblige.
I highly recommend Sparks, No Pressure here. It is what it is. If you don’t like their pricing you have to travel. But a fair offer will be met with a sale…
So I am giving Sparks 15 stars, 5 for Sales 5 for Service and another five stars for putting up with me.

Sparks Toyota has taken good care of us. If you are looking for a new or used car give them the chance to earn your business and I assure you they will. More specifically, our sales person Barrett Black. Ask for him, we have bought off of him twice and he goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. He even delivered our (used) car to us and we are almost an hour away from Sparks. Buy from Sparks, you will not be disappointed!

Service is very slow. We needed one new tire. They said it takes about an hour to install it. We were waiting 3 hours with 2 little kids under 4 to get this very difficult work to be done. Oh and I didn’t mentioned yet we drove 8 hours before we got there. They could be more empathetic to do a faster job, not because of me or my husband, but 2 tired and hungry little kids. I’ll never take there service again

Outstanding service and sales departments. Just leased my second Highlander at Sparks. Jeff Laviolette handled our lease both times and he is exceptional. Really knows his vehicles and wants to make sure you get what you want in options. He makes the whole lease process very easy. I have my cars serviced at Sparks and have always been happy.

I am from PA and sadly got a flat in Myrtle Beach. I called Sparks Toyota and dealt with Brian Bess in their service department. He asked me to send a picture of the sidewall (for the tire specs) and ordered a tire for me. It arrived the next day and he fit me into their booked schedule. I had purchased extended coverage from Toyota when I bought the car and Brian made several calls in order to get the tire for me for free! No costs whatsoever! Brian was polite, helpful, and very responsive. If this is how «out of towers» get treated, I can only imagine how their local customers are treated. A great experience! Thank you Brian!

Coming from Toyota of Fort Worth (the best Toyota dealership we’ve ever been to) we weren’t sure what to expect when our 2011 Sequoia needed maintenance and we were traveling along the East Coast. We had maintenance done at a location in Charlottesville, VA and it was a NIGHTMARE which is the reason we were leery of taking our vehicle in to any other dealership. The staff at Sparks was very professional and proficient. They run a close second to our beloved Toyota of Ft. Worth.

Unfortunately, I’ve had the good fortune to have been a customer of Bobby Rahal Toyota in Pennsylvania for years. Moved here and used Sparks Toyota service center for the first time 6÷12÷14. OUCH! Really disappointed with Sparks and the traffic in that area is horrendous.

I didn’t give the salesmen an easy way to go as they wanted to make a sale but I wanted to be sure I was getting the best deal for my bucks. I had been to two other dealers in the area, one of which was the Mitsubishi dealer on 501. In both cases, the salesman just walked away, never to be seen again, when I wasn’t sure if I wanted new or used. At Mitsubishi I wanted to test drive a used vehicle. The salesman said he had to get the keys but 10 minutes later still had not returned so we left. When I went to Sparks, I was looking at new and used. I had gone online originally so John McGuckin contacted me. When we went to the car lot, a young man came out to help (Darren) and I told him that John had contacted us. Although John did come out to introduce himself, he was tied up with another customer so asked Darren to help us. Darren got the question about whether it was habit to do what the other salesmen did at the other dealerships because that was very rude. Darren was funny and assured us he wouldn’t do that to us. I test drove a used vehicle and a new one but wasn’t ready to commit. I continued my research. Drove to another dealership 78 miles away, etc. We went through 1 ½ wks at least of going back and forth negotiating and asking questions. Not one of the men we dealt with were rude nor did they show any impatience with me. In the end, I purchased my vehicle from them. My husband has always been a Chevy man but even he thinks I got a good car. In fact I think he has driven it more than me!

So I was on the Tundra Solutions boards trying to find more mods for my truck. I found this dealership, Sparks Toyota who basically whored itself all over the boards. I ended up buying Fender Flares for my truck from this dealership. They were the only dealer to offer the flares I wanted plus they had really good prices. The only thing was shipping, but you can’t expect much when its coming from the other side of the country! I talked to the internet sales guy, Ken, and it so happens that he used to work at the local dealership, West Co Toyota with the guys I usually get my parts from in Glendora. With all this rambling, I recommend Ken and Sparks for good Toyota parts deals if you don’t know any one locally.
