In our experience & our opinion, most of the staff in this particular shop are rude & curt! They never take responsibility for their mistakes. Always the customers fault. You will get swindled.

As pawn shops go, they’re probably the better in town. That said, watch the prices! If you know what you’re looking at, you can get some real steals here. If you don’t, you can get hosed. Used musical instruments are often priced as much or more than brand new. They also don’t hesitate to sell broken items while suggesting a repair is easy/inexpensive. Buyer beware — and informed.

If I could give them less than 1 star I really would. The hubby and I stopped by here in hopes of finding a handgun I’ve been looking for. We walked in weren’t greeted by anyone, and as we were looking at the gun selection we had someone bypass us and not even ask if we needed help. I’m assuming he was the manager, since he was dressed up a little more than everyone else in there. We continued to stay and look at the guns for about 10 minutes and no one even looked our way or offered to assist us. Aside from being ignored we were amazed by the prices and I don’t mean amazed in a good way. We own a hardware and sporting goods store and sell some handguns and they were trying to sell a used gun for 179.99 when we sell the same exact thing brand new for 159.99. The only reason we decided to check them out for the gun, is because handguns and ammunition have been ridiculously hard to get for the past 10 months even for us licensed dealers. I have to say all of their used gun prices were the same if not more than new retail pricing. Do not go here looking for a deal, or if you want to be treated well. I just can’t believe how bad the customer service was in the store. It’s not like they didn’t see us there, the«manager» was talking to another couple at the gun counter when we came in and i even motioned for him when he was done and like I said we were completely ignored. Thanks for nothing Dick.

I happen to call in the store just to look and have ended up having a braclet specially made for me by Joe who is the jewller there. I can only say GREAT things about the store and the people who work there… From Megan the sales consultant .Ray the Manager(Great to work with) and Joe who is really helpful and nothing too much to ask of him… I am so excited to see the finished braclet… it will be stunning because of every one there. I am someone who does not easily feel comfortable trusting someone to make such a piece for the amount of money it will be… But here I am… and I have a feeling this wl not be the only time I am here… Walk in and feel how friendly and comfortable this place is. and trust worthy.

Complaint Description: dicks Pawn would not complete auction sale because item sold to cheap and they made a mistake listing without a reserve. Sent shipping estimate for 6K I wo n an Ebay auction for an electronic reader sign for $ 54!from dicks Pawn. When I went to make payment they said they cannot sell the item at that price because they paid 40K for it in 2004. They also said they would find a solution that would benefit both of us. I tried to make Payment by Paypal which they wouldn’t accept. then I received an invoice for the $ 54 plus $ 5,945 for shipping. mI live 5 miles fro the store and said I would pick up. Well they stopped answering emails and calls and made no attempt to work this out but did send me an auction mutual cancellation request which I denied. I asked for a discount or free mechandise as this mistake would cost them $ 6000 and ultimately cost me $ 6000 on profit also. All they wanted was a solution that worked for them and not myself. They could care less that I legally won this auction and was entitled to pay for it and take possession. The fact that they asked for $ 5945 to ship am item 5 miles from their business is unfair business practices and illegal. Because I said I would seek legal advice and contact tje Better Business Bureau the Owner Dick Paxton said as far S he is concerned the case is closed. The problem is he dont know this case has never been opened yet. But it will be. I told him if he buys an item from a client and pays $ 50 but later gets it appraised and finds out its worth $ 6000 will he call the client and reverse the transaction. the answer was NO. Omhave a Cousin who is a n Attorney and he said my rights were violated… This is about to go viral… The biggest mistake he made was asking for $ 5945 shipping which I already have a notarized copy of. I have been a customer of this store for 11 years and feel insulted that we have no importance as a loyal customer. We keep these companies in business. Without us they are nothing… thank you for your time and God Bless
