Used to love Chili’s, but now it seems the food quality is really not as good as it used to be. We ordered the fried pickles– which were ok, and the lunch chicken fajitas– which came with a salad. The chicken and veggies were sizzling when they came out, but were barely cooked. Chicken seemed bland and unseasoned. I miss the old, flavorful Chilis!

The service at this particular location gave me ass cancer from sitting for and hour and a half to wait on my food. What’s even more embarassing is the fact that no one is ever there so I assume the entire staff is in the back having a group jerk off session since that is all that works there. But I still manage to muster up the rating of 1 star because their table side guacamole is actually pretty damn good.

This chilis is fabulous every single time I go, wait time is a little slow but it’s definitely worth the small wait time, especially since they are busy often. It’s a great location as well. The servers are also very friendly. I could eat their amazing honey chipotle chicken crispers everyday of my life. They are so delicious! I love this chilis!!!

The service was good, especially considering we had 16 people. The food is typical chain food. It served our purpose which was to feed 16 people fairly inexpensively. Their chips and salsa are usually pretty good though!

No greeting and after waiting for 3 minutes at bar I had to hunt down someone for service. This is B S and why the server gets 0 $ tip. Pissed because I received equal service next door at Sam sneads. Crap! How is it that a patron has to hunt down service???

If what you’re looking for is a typical chain place a couple steps above fast food then it’s fine. Just about interchangeable with appleby’s or ruby Tuesday. If you don’t know what to get then try a bowl of chili and a half rack of ribs. If you want a fine steak then try a steakhouse and if you want fish, try a fish place. If you want cheap, McDonald’s is just around the corner.

I really have to stop regarding Chili’s as an acceptable alternative when I want a relatively quick, nothing-fancy meal and a beer. There was a sports bar nearby to this particular location, as well as a Mexican joint. Both would have been better, I think. The Red Robin down the street would have been better. Chili’s is clean, service is friendly and efficient. My server in particular did a good job. That is the good and why this isn’t a one-star review. The bad: Food: boring, boring boring. This time, I tried the chipotle-honey chicken crispers, or whatever they call it. Should be re-named bland chicken drenched in a too-sweet sauce. It came with a half corn on the cob that apparently was over-cooked last week and reheated for my order. Creamed corn on a cob, except not as tasty. Fries were okay. Probably should have gone with a lighter choice, but I was afraid of getting something completely tasteless. Menu: lose the large photos already and make the thing read more like, you know, a restaurant menu. There aren’t a terribly lot of choices at Chili’s and it all could probably fit on a two-page spread. I get annoyed flipping between the pages trying to find something I can stomach. Beer: a better draft selection would take the edge off my disappointment with the food. A nice, craft IPA maybe? I know, it’s my own fault. This is, after all, the epitome of what I hate in American chain restaurants.
