Kinda shock with the bad reviews! I’ve been here serval of times and so far so good! The male owner is super nice too, he always helps assist me with carrying the heavy clothes to my car with I have a lot! To me that’s great customer service!

Don’t come to this cleaner. I take my husbands clothes to the dry cleaners regularly. They lost one of his shirts and the owners wife tried to blame me for it. Dan the owner is nice and told me he will give me a credit for the shirt but after speaking to his wife (very rude lady) wanted me to wait 4 weeks before any credit was given. After a few weeks past I asked for a refund for the amount that I paid for dry cleaning plus the shirt. I did not get a refund. Don’t come here they are crooks. Businesses should do the right thing for the customer!

I have been using Polo Cleaners for a couple of months now. They have. been the most consistent dry cleaner I have ever used. More importantly, they have removed stains from my Tommy Bahamas shirt and another shirt, that others could not.
Don, the owner, is there quit often and is a pleasure to do business with.
There prices are average, but their quality is far above average.

Stay away unless you want your name written on every single piece of clothing! They really need to find a better way of organizing people’s dry cleaning. I wish they would have told us they did this because we would not have dropped our stuff off here. Never again!!!

Third times a charm. Will not come back.
Twice the they have given me different shirts that werent mine. Third time they charged me for an alteration they didnt even do.

I visited here recently to have patches sewn onto a vest. There were directions on how to properly sew the patches but those were not followed at all. The patches are fine besides the insanely crooked (and noticable) stitch marks. When I got the vest back there were strings sewn in odd places and looked like a very unprofessional job. The price was decent and the gentleman behind the counter was very nice, but I would not come back for anymore sew or repair work.

This place is right across the street from our place so it was easy to go to While shopping for groceries. They are always pole and very professional. They even did my wedding dress so I could donate it. Decent prices, and food customer service.
