Second Chance Cleaners

I brought in two shirts with an overlay of chiffon that had dog slobber and god knows what else on them and a shirt that had a Starbucks coffee stain on the front. I prayed that they could be miracle workers since both stains were dried on.
They cleaned all three and we’re able to remove all the stains! My favorite dress shirts and skirt are like new again!!!
Also the staff was friendly and welcoming :)

The cleaning is great but, the integrity is terrible.
I brought my 4 Taekwondo jackets in because we actually take class next door to this cleaners. I thought it would be so convenient for me to bring it there. I told her my whole family attends class at this Dojo. She charged me for 5 jackets after counting them in front of me & didn’t correct her mistake after confirming 4. I did not rectify it because I wanted to trust her & because I was already halfway home noticing my receipt. I decided to overlook it & give them a 2^nd chance because I’m a busy mom & just said «The heck with it!» I come in again & this time I need alterations for 2 plain night gowns bought at Sam’s club. I get quoted $ 45 & I thought it was rough for what they asked but I needed them done. When I picked it up they charged me $ 68– WTH! The alterations cost more then the night gowns now! I said «If I knew it would cost this much I would have told you No, I’ll take it somewhere else!» Then they got all bent out of shape because I told them that it was wrong to quote a customer & then change the price. Shame on 2^nd Chance Cleaners for over charging & being dishonest! Don’t give this cleaners ANY CHANCES!!!

Was in town for a wedding and they were great with getting what I needed done in a timely manner. I was hesitant because I rarely go to the cleaners because I get taken to the cleaners with the price and am left unsatisfied with the service in my home town. I had to go, it was an emergency so I grit my teeth and went. I was greatly surprised and wish they were in my home town! The customer service was beyond friendly and the product afterwards was great. I couldn’t have been happier!

Best place!!! We take our football jerseys here for the most part. I had this one white jersey that was completely stained from I don’t know what? But they were able to make it look brand new! And you know how expensive official jerseys are. so I am very stoked! Will definitely come back and will recommend friends and family. The guy that is always there, I’m assuming is the owner, is super friendly and funny, great business.

Got this gorgeous black and cream formal dress tastefully accented with pearls and sequins — a friend borrowed it 5 mos ago. It came back to me like it was in storage for a decade with WIRE hanger stains on the shoulder and eewww stains in the underarm areas. I almost threw this expensive piece away. Thought I’d see if Second Chance would be able to live up to their name and KAPOW! — I could not believe it — I almost thought it was BRAND spanking NEW when I came to pick it up! Wonderful humble people and the job they did on this dress is just too AWESOME, that’s all I can say!

They do a great job and take difficult requests that I had been denied at nearby cleaners. Definitely using them again :)

Very happy with this business! Super friendly and my filthy pea coat looks like new again! I was very impressed that money I had mistakenly left in a pocket was still there when I picked it up. Will be my new go-​to cleaner!

I have been going to cleaners on a weekly basis for almost 10 years and without a doubt Second Chance Cleaners is the best I have ever used. Joe and Sonny consistently exceed my expectations not only in quality of their work but the overall level of their attention to me as a customer. If you are crazy to take your clothes anywhere else!

I love this cleaners! I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned. It was an outdoor wedding so the entire bottom was so dirty. They made it like new. No one would ever know it was so bad. The service and attention to details is beyond my expectation. I never write these things, but I have to tell everyone! if you need something special cleaned and preserved, it’s not the least expensive, it’s the best. It will be done right.

Wow! What service! I don’t get my clothes dry cleaned or altered very often but when I do I come here and the lady that owns the business always remembers me! I’ve been in the restaurant business my whole life and I understand the value of customer service. I’ll pay whatever they charge me and honestly I never look at my bill. How can getting my clothes dry cleaned leave me feeling so happy? Idk but seriously… find out for yourself!

My husband moved back to the area from out of state in April and I needed to find a cleaners that would take care of our clothes. I was not looking for the cheapest because I am a person that feels you get what you pay for. Clothes are very expensive and I want to take care of them so I get the life out of them that I pay for and apart of this is finding a cleaners that does great work. I was told by several doctors that I know that live in Rancho Santa Fe, Ca that this couple had a cleaners in the area so I went to find it. Upon walking in I was greeted by Joe & Sunny with a big smile. I told them I was living in Santa Fe, NM and I needed to get my husband and several of his co-​workers established with a great cleaners and what our needs were. I was informed of all the services that they provide and then was blown away when Sunny arranged to go to BMW of Murrieta to do a pickup & drop off for all the employees with dry-​cleaning needs. Besides providing outstanding cleaning services they also examine all clothes for any loose bottoms or tears and repair at no added charge. I am living here now and this is the ONLY cleaners I will use for all cleaning needs. Thank You For Providing Outstanding Sevice!!!

Best Cleaner in Murrieta and I have tried a lot of them. Second Chance is NOT the cheapest cleaner in town so if that is what you are looking for go somewhere else. If you are looking for quality cleaning every time with excellent service then this is your place.
Joe and Sunny, the couple that own Second Chance take personal pride in the job they do. They know me by name, help carry my clothes out to the car and are always friendly and professional.
