I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paul’s Carpet, Rugs and Upholstery Cleaning.
In an interview with him about cleaning area rugs, Paul was very thorough in his presentation of the cleaning process, with photos and certificates exemplifying the process and the extensive education Paul has acquired about cleaning area rugs.
In regards to AREA RUGS, I have white wool Flokati area rugs from Greece. They are extremely dense and have a pile height of over 3 inches. Dry, they are very heavy and for two people, difficult to shake out. I also have a SILK, WOOL PAKISTAN TRIBAL RUG that is very colorful. These rugs are extremely rare, and so I am very particular about who cleans them.
After Paul took them to his facility for his state of the art cleaning, Paul returned the rugs to me looking more beautiful than when I purchased them. The WHITE WOOL FLOKATIS CAME BACK, BEAUTIFUL — soft, a clean natural wool white and fluffed out rather than matted down. The SILK, WOOL PAKISTAN TRIBAL RUG also CAME BACK, BEAUTIFUL — soft, clean and it’s colors more vibrant and true than they were when I purchased the rug.

Paul and Todd also cleaned my COTTON NATURAL BLEND, NATURAL WHITE SECTIONAL. Concerned that the cleaning process was good for the fabric. Paul first cleaned a pillow and dried it to be assured that the fabric would not have any negative side effects from the cleaning process. The NATURAL WHITE SECTIONAL LOOKS BEAUTIFUL ! An excellent experience from the office to the actual cleaning (carpet and tile/​grout). The tile hadn’t been professional cleaned or sealed for about 10 years, with a little over 1,000 sq ft of tile and grout it was a big undertaking. The carpet had typical traffic stains and one recently discovered pet stain but nothing too difficult. The tile was cleaned by a machine that injected water at 80,000 psi (he only used 40,000 psi) and extracted the water leaving the surface very clean; the grout was scrubbed manually with a grout brush and a great product, Viper Venom – awesome cleaner! The grout was revitalized, it almost looked new with the exception of a few stubborn areas. As for the carpet, the pet stain was treated with a special product and hot water, removing most but not all of the stain. When the carpet was done, it was soft and fluffy it felt like a pillow– I did not experience a re-​emergence of stains as often happens after carpet cleaning. Overall a tremendous job.

We had used Paul’s Carpet Care before and were pleased with the results. When my parents put their house up for sale… well, you guessed it! We went back to the «tried and true» of Paul’s Carpet Care. We weren’t disappointed either! No time was wasted, set up was quick, the work was methodical — nothing was missed. Just a great job. I might add that scheduling the work was quick and the job started on time. Couldn’t be happier!

I called a couple of other services before I found Paul on Unilocal. I had a rather
small job, but Paul treated it like it was the whole house. If you are looking for

Paul really does love cleaning carpets. I had a very old solid color Chinese rug which had been in the family for decades and needed cleaning. He handled it with the respect my family would appreciate. He even sent me videos of the cleaning process which was amazing. The carpet was returned in great condition and very clean.

I was very impressed. And I don’t get impressed easy! They were timely, neat, clean, professional, courteous, fun; Paul and his helper Ethan did a great job. I originally called Paul to clean an Oriental carpet. He did a great job; better than the other cleaner I have had do my Oriental carpets. but before Paul took my Oriental rug to his shop, he gave me a training in carpet cleaning. With file folder in hand he showed me pictures of how the rug would be cleaned; the whole process! Then he showed me certificates on seminars he had taken on rugs. I was amazed that anyone would be this interested in carpets and how to clean them! It was humorous and entertaining. Paul loves work and takes pride in it.
After he cleaned my first Oriental rug, Paul came out to do an estimate on my 14 year old wall to wall carpet. I chose the Platinum Service. All the furniture was pulled out from the walls, the baseboards cleaned, the carpet vacuumed and then shampooed. They put the furniture back, providing plastic shields to put between the damp carpet and the furniture legs; then applied the fabric protector. (Paul noticed my air filter was dirty; after only been up there 2 weeks. He replaced. It with a new one.)
Before he left, Paul asked if there was anything else he could do — anything that I needed moved; whatever, He had been here since 8 this morning and it was now 4:30 pm. He was conscientious about not leaving anything undone. Needless to say, I highly recommend Paul’s Carpet Care.

Paul and Garrett came by today for our scheduled carpet cleaning.
As they have done in the past, they were on-​time, pleasant and thorough.
They were also able to use two cleaning lines connected to the truck so were able to finish in half the time. Thx Paul!

I got to know Paul and his team last spring when they cleaned my tile and grout, which hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 10 years. The results were amazing! They also did a beautiful job cleaning my carpeting.
When I wanted to have my white living room sofa cleaned before the holidays, they not only fit me in their busy schedule, they first tested the process, wanting to make sure I would be happy with the results before going ahead. They spent considerable time doing this, all at no charge. After the test areas had dried the next day, I was very pleased. Again they made time in their schedule to clean my sofa before an event I was hosting. Not only is their work exceptional, Paul and his assistants make the process thoroughly enjoyable!

Paul is very passionate about his work and did an exceptional job cleaning our carpet. The house that we moved into was a short sale so the carpet was in terrible condition and was no longer white. I called at 6 pm on a Friday night and told Paul that I needed my carpets cleaned ASAP bc I couldn’t move our bed sets into the rooms until the carpets were either changed or cleaned. He was nice enough and came and cleaned our carpets that same night and ended up staying until 11:00. After seeing how beautiful my bedrooms looked with clean white carpet I also had Paul clean my rugs. He took them back to his shop and when I got them back they looked brand new again.
