My name is Gary Hite, I’m the owner/​operator of The Dirt Army and have been in the cleaning industry for over 15 years. We offer a wide selection of cleaning and damage prevention services and offer free on site or telephone estimates for everyone in Temecula, Murrieta, Canyon Lake, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Menifee and surrounding areas. First time using The Dirt Army. Previously used a local guy & then also had a well known company clean our carpets. Gary did a much better job, very thorough & knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dirt Army & will definitely call them again.

Very similar to the Mow, Blow and Go gardeners around this valley!!! Only took 45 minutes to set up, clean our carpets and steam clean tile. Seemed like they over-​booked jobs today and were in a rush. I was even rushed to fill out the invoice. Kind of ridiculous for $ 200. More of a «quantity-​not-​quality» type of business. If you want a quality carpet cleaning call 3 B’s carpet care. (three B’s).

If you reading this CONGRATULATIONS… you just found the best floor cleaners in Southern California!
We just purchased our second home and unfortunately the flooring was horribly dirty wall to wall. With three small kids I made phone calls and did my usual research to find the best company available. I explained the pet stains and the dirt he was getting into and Gary assured me it would clean up. Gary is a trustworthy guy but the travertine, grout and carpet were so dirty it left me with doubt. After greeting my Wife and I, Gary went through the house explaining everything clearly as he measured the home. Because the house was empty and he had 2800sqft to clean we left for a few hours to run errands.
The pictures don’t do it justice! When we returned we literally couldn’t get the smiles off our faces! The grout was back to original tones and all the colors in the stone were brilliant! The Carpet smelled fresh and we had peace of mind the floors were cleaned.
I am the guy that spends way too much time agonizing over who to trust with my stuff. If your anything like me, you wont go wrong calling Gary and his team! Thanks Gary, we love our floors!

Gary and his helper showed up on time and ready to go. Did a precise estimate and cleaned my carpets, rugs and tile to perfection. He even gave us some tips for cleaning the hardwood and for keeping the carpets and tile clean. Professional, fairly priced and fast, I would definitely recommend The Dirt Army for your floor cleaning needs. We will be calling him again in the future!

Gary did a great job on our home this week. This is the 2nd time we have used him in the last 3 years. I have also referred a friend to him. He went above and beyond exceeded our expectations both times. He is trustworthy, very professional and very knowledgeable on how to effectively clean carpet. He was able to remove a cat urine smell that has been in our house for a few months and carefully worked around all of our furniture. I highly recommend Gary and his team!

We were looking for a carpet cleaning company to clean our dirty carpet on the stairs and bonus room before our guests arrived for Thanksgiving dinner. We had gone through 4 different cleaning companies in the past only to find that a few days later the dirt resurfaced and looked as if it had not been cleaned. So of course I was skeptical about any cleaning companies but I read great reviews from various sites on Dirt Army. I decided to give them a try. It’s been a few days now and our carpet still look as good as it did on the first day of cleaning. I am definitely calling them for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning. Thanks Dirt Army!!!

The local company I used in the past was bought out by a large chain and I prefer supporting local businesses. Man, am I glad I called The Dirt Army! All I can say is Gary is AWESOME!!! It is refreshing to deal with an honest businessman who is professional and sincere. If that wasn’t enough, Gary and the team do outstanding work. We had over 600 sqft of tile/​grout cleaned this morning and words do not do justice to the wonderful job they did. Almost borders on being a miracle, because we haven’t had the tile professionally cleaned in 5 years. Tile looks new again! There is a reason Gary gets the ratings he does… Call The Dirt Army you won’t regret it.

You were probably wondering when you were going to get your bad review. Well, today is the day, congratulations.
You should feel embarrassed and ashamed of yourself. Not only did you deny us your service because, «usually I only do nicer homes that have grass and cement where I can lay my hoses down», but you also didn’t have the nerve to make eye contact while shaking my husband’s hand before you scurried off, instead you kept your head down. You’re the «dirt army», but laying your hoses down on dirt (blankets and a tarp were offered to you so you could do your job) is to messy because you’re to «clean» to clean off your equipment. I do have to thank you for denying us your service tho, because Skip from Pacific Coast Cleaning Company came out to our house immediately after you scurried off. Maybe instead of cleaning carpets and «nicer homes», you should clean up your customer service attitude. If you’re shocked by this review, put yourself in our shoes.

Thoroughly impressed!
Wasn’t sure what to expect and was really hoping it wasn’t all hype. So thrilled to say Gary and the dirt army did an amazing job on our carpets. I have never paid $ 400 for carpet cleaning for my whole house before but wow was it so worth it. Gary was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable and my carpets have never looked and been so clean!!! The old saying «you get what you pay for» as never been so true. I have paid much less to have my whole house cleaned and was always disappointed at the results. My carpet never looked as clean with the cheaper service from other carpet cleaners as they did with the Dirt Army. If I could give them six stars I would.

I hired these guys to do my downstairs living room/​dining room and entry way. After potty training two boys my carpet had gotten pretty nasty. They were quick, professional, and got all of the ick out of my carpet. It did seem to take a particularly long time to dry (like all day and night, even in summer), but it wasn’t really a problem. Good guys and I’ll be calling them again when I need my floors done.

I had the Dirt Army out to clean my tile and grout last month, they did an excellent job on short notice. My tile is only about a year and a half old, I want to maintain it by having the grout cleaned regularly. I called a few companies and decided to use Gary from the Dirt Army based on his positive Unilocal reviews. Gary is a total pro. He was very nice and he even came outside to say hello to ours dogs.
Since the Dirt Army was already at my house, I had him quote me on cleaning and sealing all of my grout and cleaning the entire floor next year. His prices are very fair, this is a small business that is doing it right with real deal equipment. The service was efficient and thorough, I would recommend the Dirt Army to friends and family. Procrastinating over the last year to have our brand new tile FINALLY sealed, I finally found a reputable and reliable vet — owned business to do the job, and do the job correctly.
Priced reasonably (in conjunction with the Unilocal ad), Mr. Gary and his crew (+1), knocked out carpet cleaning on a massive wool rug, a sofa, stairs, an upstairs loft, and a master bedroom… IN ADDITION to cleaning and sealing our laundry room and master bath tiles UNDER 3 hrs… and as much ands I hate to say this, my home is kind of «nasty» because we have 3 large indoor dogs and 1 cat… and, anyone with animals should know what I mean when I use the term, «nasty» (I.e. cat hairballs, dog accidents, etc. Etc.). Due to my micromanaging attributes, I cannot say anything bad about their work habits — Mr. Gary did a quick walk around, gave me an estimate, and they got to work — no B.S.

I called Gary on Wednesday morning and left him a message that I needed my carpets, tile floors and upholstery cleaned asap. Gary called me back within 2 minutes! Big brownie points!
He said he could come out the very next day to do the job! Now I am really impressed!
We set our appointment for 12 pm. A bit before my appointment Gary called to let me know his previous job was taking longer then expected and he would be delayed. IN MY BOOK, THIS IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I don’t mind waiting a bit longer as long as someone is communicating with me. High five Gary!
When they arrived they were extremely personable and professional. Love the theme outfits! He gave me a quote which was reasonable for the amount of work but was still high because my house is so large. He knocked a lot off the price until we could come to a compromise that we both felt comfortable with. I really felt like he cared about giving me a good deal and making me happy.
Now for the work… I can’t say enough nice things about it. My carpets look like new! My tile is cleaner then I have EVER been able to get it. I was ready to toss my couches but they look new again too. There is no wet carpet/​chemical smell. Gary uses a great product that makes everything smell fresh. He also left me a bottle of his special spot remover. A very nice touch!
Dang Gary!!! You really impressed a very, very picky person! I would recommend you to anyone. I seldom write reviews because I am so busy but I felt so strongly about your awesome service, I just had to make the time!

I contacted Dirty Army after reading that they were experts in pet stains and smells. I was also pleased that they clean carpet and tile. I have a property management company and at times need carpets cleaned that are not in the best condidtion.
Dirty Army was prompt and courteous. The owner was able to email me the invoice with all of the details I needed of the work that they did. He even gave me a discount to an already outstanding price for the work. The home they were working on smelled horribly of wet dog. They sprayed the walls and took the air filter out for me to help air out the place while the carpet was drying.
In the end, this company performed well beyond my exectations. I will refer them to everyone I know. Thank you Dirty Army for going above and beyond.

Decided to give The Dirt Army a try based on all of the great reviews. The reviews were definitely spot on.
I called Gary and was able to schedule an appointment next day. They arrived right on time and were a pleasure to have in our home. Our carpet was severely stained with dog urine from our two male dogs. They were able to remove even our oldest stains and completely eliminated the odor. They are also very competitive with their pricing without sacrificing quality of service.
We’re completely satisfied with the service provided and definitely plan on calling again for our upstairs hallway and bedrooms. Definitely give The Dirt Army a call if you’re looking for quality cleaning.
