Jump N Party Inflatables

Rented a water slide last week and we loved the quality and cleanliness of the slide, the driver Tito Garcia was a Great help when it came to trying to git the huge slide in our back Yard he is very curtious and ver y helpful. I have Rented from other places before but going forward I will always get my imflatables from Party Jump cause of their huge variety and the best customer Service and awesome delivery Guy!

We had a hiccup with the first water slide but thankfully the staff took care of it FAST and our party was up and running again in no time. Thank you for having excellent customer service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! We rented a castle for my cousins birthday. The customer service in all aspects was great. Tito was our driver. The jumper was delivered right on time. The quality of the jumper was great and well maintained. I will 100% be recommending and using this company in the future.

I loved using jump n party rentals they are awesome! Especially Tito the guy who delivered them did a great job making sure everything was set up right and was just all around extremely helpful! Two thumbs up will def use jump n party rentals and Tito again for my future parties.

We ordered one of the 4 in 1 jumpers and the kids had a ball. They jumped from the time the party started until the time the party ended. I also appreciated how helpful their associates were. I asked a lot of questions and inquired about the prices of about 10 jumpers before I made my decision. Our driver Tim was pleasant and gave us some good info on some of the other jumpers in an attempt to help us make a decision for the next time we order, and there WILL be a next time. I would recommend Jump n Party Inflatables to anyone who is tired of the traditional jumper and who desires to have excellent customer servive.

We had a great experience with Jump n Party! I was looking for a bouncer/​slide combo that had an easy climb for little ones. Many I saw had skinny step & rope handles. This one had cubes for steps which made it simple for 2 year olds. Quite frankly, I didn’t want a parent inside, boosting kids up, lol.
Ashley called the day before to confirm the time. Day of, Tito let us know when he was 20 minutes away. Setup & pick up went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best! Ismale was the guy that delivered out slide and he was great. I let him know where I wanted it and he was great at figuring out and letting me know where the best place was to put it. They were super fast when they came to pick it up. I will be using them again

Absolutely cannot wait for our next party… this has by far been the best experience. We have 4 kids from 12yrs old to 1 so we have rented a lot of jumpers in our day… Ashley and her team are the Best in the IE!!! They really know customer service and take the extra time to help answer questions!!! The driver Omar was very professional and really took his time making sure the jumper was secure, clean and safe for the kids which hasn’t been our normal experience of other local businesses who drop and run!
The jumper was immaculate and looked brand new… thank you Jump n Party for making our daughters 7^th birthday amazing

Rented the 4n1 Pirate Ship Jumper. Great customer Service, worked with me when I had to change my order a few times. Delivered on time. Jumper was clean. Will definitely rent from them again!

They showed up on time. Easy to deal with. Wish they took cards but I was able to get cash. Picked up on time and had no problems. Definitely use them again.

My son and daughter in law have used Jump N Party at my granddaughters birthday parties for the last 5 years (she’s 6) and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. At first we rented the jumper with the slide, now we get the jumper with water. You should see the kids slide down the slide and splash into the pool then run back and do it all over again.
We even used them for the baby shower for my new grandson. Can’t wait for his birthday!
I love how clean everything is and how well they set the jumpers up. I know the kids will be safe.
They have almost everything you need for a great party (you supply the cake, haha)

I have used Jump N Party since first moving to Temecula in 2007. This is as good as it gets folks. They show up early, always call the night before with an arrival time, address any concern the first time you call and will do the best the can to accommodate your requests. I had forgotten to order chairs one year and they had the driver reroute and grab some for us, saving our event.

These guys are great. Been renting from them for years. Won’t go anywhere else.

Thank god for Jump N’ Party, they totally saved my little girl’s birthday party! I was able to get this amazing 4 – 1 jumper with short notice and with the color’s I wanted. Plus they were able to provide me a larger blower since I didn’t have the outlets needed, which was perfect! My baby loved the jumper and so did our friends and family. Everything from the first phone call to the pickup of the jumper was so professional and nice. Thank you so much!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jumpin Party Inflateables! From initial contact to my follow up call after the party to ask a question, everything was great.
When I first called to inquire about booking, I made sure to mention I found them on Unilocal,so we received a promotional discount on our order. I want to say the first person I spoke with was Ashley, but I’m not sure. I also called the office a couple times the week prior to our party because we were threatened with rain, and Lorena was so kind and she patiently answered all my questions.
The company called the day prior to our party to confirm details and state the delivery window. If it would be raining the day of the party, they wouldn’t be able to deliver the jumper or the tables and chairs, with concern for their driver’s safety. We were so nervous, just waiting to see what the weather would be like on the morning of our party, but knowing in advance that our deposit for the jumper would be credited to us for use at another time helped to ease our minds.
Our prayers were answered and the morning of our party, there wasn’t any rain! Ismael, our delivery driver, called to say he was 15 minutes away, and he arrived promptly around 10 AM. He was very professional, and he quickly set up the 4-​in-​1 combo jumper with slides. I must say, the Batman banner was in excellent condition and very cool for our party, and the whole inflatable was in bright primary colors and very good condition.
Ismael came back to retrieve the equipment around 5:30 PM, and he was again very quick and professional taking down the jumper and the tables/​chairs. He didn’t complain that some of the items were wet, including the jumper.
We were so glad to have the jumper for the kids at our party, because it really gave them something safe to be thoroughly occupied by! When there were showers sometimes during the party, the kids couldn’t play on it, but overall I feel we got our money’s worth with the fun they had on it. I would absolutely recommend Jumpin Party Inflatables to anyone in this area, and we plan to use them again in the future.

Update: We tried the company again and had a fantastic experience this time around. They were very accommodating, professional, and timely. I will be using them again and recommending to friends and family.

I rented a jumper and a cotton candy machine on ²⁄₂₇! The customer service was fantastic. It was easy from start to finish. Eddie was super nice and fast delivering and picking up. Cotton candy machine was easy to use and a hit at the party. I highly recommend this company for all your parties!!!

Awesome company ! Very timely and nice, quality staff! The set up went very fast even though we had two large blow up jumpys.
