Jolly Jumps

I love using Jolly Jumps. This is my second time. Their website is very well organized and makes choosing a jump/​slide very easy. They have a great selection as well. It was very easy to book my jump/​slide. Great communication. They arrived on time to set up and pick up. The jump/​slide stayed on during the entire party and always had several kids in it at a time. We got the Extreme Combo Waterslide which fit perfectly in our driveway.

We were at a graduation party on Saturday and the host had an awesome «jousting» jumpy large boxing gloves and for lack of a better word padded sticks that you could knock another person of a pedestal with.
Our Daughters party was the next day. We called them and they got right back to us. Picked it up from them and dropped it off at our house. Was a hit with the teenagers and the adults.

Jolly Jumps had everything we wanted for a great price. Take advantage of their packages, we used the Supreme Party Package it included an obstacle jumper, tables, chairs, and concession machine. They were really nice on the phone and accommodating. We were experiencing a heatwave the weekend of our party, I called the day before to switch our popcorn machine to a snow cone machine. They put me on hold to make sure one was available and quickly changed the order for us. There were a few hiccups but all were immediately corrected and that was appreciated. I will definitely use them again. I’ve used other jumper places that just do not carry this kind of customer service.

Amazing customer service I planned a pirate event for my granddaughter. I rented the pirate jumper and Pirate Jack it was great! Pirate Jack was a hit with the kids and especially my granddaughter. She has always loved The Pirates of the Caribbean movie. He was great with the kids, very patient and they were a bunch of 3 year olds! I would recommend Jolly Jumper if you want a one stop shop for a party with great customer service. I know I will use them for my next event!

We rented the Samurai Jumper for our son’s birthday party and it was a great hit!!! They arrived early, set everything up, were super friendly, and most impressively they spent a good half hour sanitizing the entire jumper which was a great feeling bc I Knew it was clean for all our party kiddos. I loved the easy online reservation system — I was able to reserve what I wanted online. Definitely will use again!

This was my first time using Jolly Jumps and I never want to use anyone else again! Josh helped me put together an amazing package for an elementary school Family Fun Night. We rented a rock climbing wall, the lazer maze, the inflatable jousting ring, the cannon air blaster, 3 generators, 12 tables and 70 chairs. He was so patient with me throughout the process. The day of the event everything showed up exactly as ordered, on time, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Any time I need something in the future Jolly Jumps will definitely be my 1^st choice!

We have rented before from Jolly Jumps, the office staff is just amazing. Joy is always a pleasure to deal with. As a party and event are very important. Also they set up jumpers at our local church. Always nice to see a local company give back! Next event will be our daughters birthday and we for sure will be using them again.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!!! For kids and adults, this company is not just about jumping around in castles. Rock Walls, Laser trailers, Trains, OMG! We got the Rock Wall and Train for our event. The staff was professional and fun. The conductor and engineer on the train were so profession and dressed in period clothing. So much fun. This is the first time I’ve rented a Bounce House. I wanted to surprise my clients who just purchased a home in Murrieta. From the start they wanted a back yard large enough to have parties and space to hold a Bounce House. As a closing gift on their home I organized a Bounce House for their housewarming/​daughter’s Birthday party. OMG THEY LOVED IT!!! We got the «Frozen» Bounce House Combo which has a slide and basket ball hoop inside.
When I called in to book the guy I spoke with was really nice, helpful, and made some great suggestions. The set up and pick up was flawless.

They are a great company! Very on time he delivered the bounce house and set it up super fast not to mention he was super nice! The bounce house itself was in a great condition and very clean! He also came to pick up the bounce house right when we wanted them too! Definitely using this company again!!! A+++++ very happy!!! :)

I haven’t even received my jumper from this business and I’m already writing a review based on the customer service alone. I just spoke with Maria who has been amazing. I am big on customer service and am more than satisfied with Jolly Jumps so far. I could have waited until I actually received the jumper, but I wanted to predict an excellent encounter and give them a great review to let people know that good customer service still exists.

I am a lover of party rentals and jumpers, and have been renting them for years from other companies. This weekend I was in a pinch and this company saved my butt.
So here’s the deal, I had a jumper and tables and chairs all lined up for a party last Saturday night when my reservations fell through on Friday morning. I was panicking and calling tons of companies to see if I could get a jumper for the next day. My party was at night, and most companies said that it was too late to order or that I was going to be charged EXTRA because I wanted it after 6pm. I honestly started to panic.
Then I found Jolly Jumps. Not only did he work with me on timing to drop off and pick up, because I had a crazy schedule this weekend, but he didn’t charge me any more than what I had originally planned to spend anyways. They worked with me and helped me out. I felt like all of the stress was just lifted away because these guys really did work with me to make everything perfect for the party.
The jumper its self was clean and nice, and the tables and chairs were nice too. The man who delivered it was pleasant and friendly, and so were the guys who picked it up. I will continue to rent from this company over and over again.

Kids bouncing away having a blast! Website easy to navigate when browsing for appropriate size jumper. They have a large selection with several different themes. Pleasantly surprised with total cost of rental. Confirmed and paid via website. Interaction with staff 48 hours prior to delivery was friendly and courteous. Delivery was made a day early due heavy workload, lucky me. Definitely will remember Jolly Jumps for our next event.

First time choosing Jolly Jump. Although their prices are a bit higher than other competitors but they often offer coupons and I must say their jumpers are bigger and its not those cheap ones that can be tilted/​pushed over by bigger kids.
The lady who confirmed my online order was nice and helpful. The guys delivered the jumper a bit early but they gave me a call to see if it was ok. They took their time to make sure that the jumper was set up properly and they cleaned inside a bit. Make sure u check the whole jumper because I only checked towards the outside and the inside wasnt cleaned.
Overall I had a good experience. I would go with them again.

This was the 1^st time I have ever rented a jump before and the whole transaction went super smooth! The prices were awesome, we even had a coupon. Set up was quick and easy and then pick up was fast too! Awesome company we will rent jumps from them again!

Dear Joshua P., its nice to hear from you 3 years later although you are obviously misinformed!!! my party never changed locations iot always remained at my home as I advised the young girl who answered the first time! nobody knew what they were doing over there then changed it on me and the poor customer service I received was ridiculous, the only reason why I continued with the service was due to the fact you had the ONLY CANDYLAND jumper around!

I called last minute, I mean very last minute-​2 hours before my nieces party, and I was still catered to! Stella helped me and was nothing but professional and very friendly even though i was completely unorganized! I would definitely recommend and use again!
