It all starts with the dough. Made fresh daily, with no oil, no sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup and with filtered water to replicate the water back in New York. It is then hand tossed to create a crust that’s authentic, thin and airy. We add our signature sauce, whole milk mozzarella and fresh, all-natural toppings and we’re ready to bake the pie to perfection. Unlike the big pizza chains that mass-produce their pies through conveyor belt, assembly-line ovens, our pies are baked in brick ovens to create a crispy, slightly darker crust that our customers crave.

For 105 years, Flippin’ Pizza has served authentic, hand-tossed, NY-style pizza to people like you. Well, sort of. See our pizza is 105 years old. No, that’s not right either. It’s like this-the year is 1903, the Model T was just invented, Teddy Roosevelt was in the White House, and pizza had just come to America. Real pizza. The kind we imagine hungry dock-workers ate, or delivery boys on the run, or those guys who built those big NY skyscrapers, they ate this kind of slice. So what’s that got to do with Flippin’ Pizza? Because that’s the kind of pizza we stand here and make every day. A real, honest pie. An old-school, ‘I’m from Brooklyn and you’re not’ pizza. So welcome to Flippin’ Pizza.
