I don’t know why I continue to go to this location. I previously lived in San Diego and enjoyed taking the kids to play games and to enjoy the experience that places like these have to offer. however, after visiting this location time and time again hoping for a great experience, each time I am more and more disappointed. The staff is rude and unpleasant.

My son and his girlfriend saved every penny they had to take his girlfriends daughter to Chuck E Cheese and someone stole their cell phone rite off the table. There was a camera that oversees the tables where they sat and the manager refused to view it. It wasn’t even the fact that he refused to view it that was so irritating it was that he was absolutely no help and said that kind of stuff happens all the time. I mean at least offer to take a phone number just in case it comes up and try to turn the situation around maybe even be a little apologetic since this is a common occurrence in your establishment. very disappointing.

I haven’t been to a Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid, so I didn’t know what to expect. Well, here it is. — 2 hour wait for pizza — no other food options except an empty salad bar — tables a mess, no one cleaned them up and they stayed a mess for the entire hour we were there — the manager was the one taking orders, manning the prize booth, and refilling straws Apparently, 2 people called out sick and we came at a peak time, but still… They’ve been in the business for a while. You would think things would run a little more smoothly. I felt bad for the manager. His staff didn’t seem to care at all.

Went to this location for my girlfriend’s sons bday which I was not a fan of from the beginning. The lady at the front was not very pleasant to deal with at first, but she definitely was nicer towards the end because I had to go to the front 3 times to see where 2 medium pizzas that taste like grease and cardboard were. They were kind of accommodating because they gave me tokens and salad bar access which was nice of them, but I would have rather got the crappy pizzas free instead. I wouldn’t wait 2 hours for the best pizza in the world, but we ended up waiting for clogged artery and constipation pizza for 2 hours. I myself will never go to another chuck e chesse Again!

This place needs a remodel… games are old and when your order food make sure to order it first and then play because it takes 50 minutes to get a small cheese pizza. Carpet is really dirty and this place is just under staff.

Good for being a chuck e cheese. Friendly staff and good enough food to satisfy hunger. Bathrooms could use a remodel.

I haven’t been here in a few years, but this place is still crazy hectic… to those that choose to work here, you are brave souls! Parking is okay, but you gotta get there early for a good spot. I’m a huge fan of skee ball, so I bought $ 20 worth of tokens this past Saturday and just crushed it! I kept hitting the 40k bonus that would spit out 100 tickets and it kept jamming up the machine… thankfully, the machine guy who kept coming over was always cool about it. Our friend invited us to celebrate her 2 year old’s birthday, so we hung out with them in the birthday area. The girl who was helping our table was very friendly, even though the entire birthday area was a total disaster. My only complaint is that the pizza here is horrible! Maybe just because it’s a Saturday and they’re trying to rush all of the orders, but it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life! If I had kids I would probably bring them back for the entertainment, but definitely not for the pizza… sorry Chuck!

We have been wanting to take the kids somewhere fun. So today we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese. Almost all of our kids favorite games were out of order! Probably at least 10 games out of order. Really?! I would recommend checking out how many games are out of order before getting tokens. If we would have known how many games were broken we would’ve went somewhere else. Even the games that work don’t even give you a single ticket for playing the game. What a joke!

Not a very clean place, I tried calling the place because I forgot something and of course the Ph# listed doesn’t work. Goes to show nothing about this place is right.

This place needs a major makeover. In this particular day the place was a mess, tables not cleaned, food on the floors, some games not working. It’s an ok place for little kids to come but for older kids around 11 and up– this is not the place for them, they will be bored. There are a few new games, but nothing to amazing. Chucks cheese came out one time and that was it. Soda machine area was nasty, needed to be cleaned– and when you tell the workers there’s an issue, they take forever to address it. All the workers seem to be in the back chillin, maybe one or two on the floor. Suggestions: Give the place a makeover, add some new food items, keep the place cleaner, and work on the customer service skills

Dirty. Games eat tokens. It was depressing. Tips: clean, retrain staff on proper customer service, fix machines. Lower prices.

The positives: The pizza has improved. The long list of negatives: We waited a long time to be let in. People would walk by and not make eye contact. Finally, we were stamped in. I was not greeted not even eye contact. The girl at register(Alondra) was completely useless. Idk how the manager(who was walking around) doesn’t correct her lack of service. She was rolling her eyes and chewing gum like I was asking her to do go above and beyond her pay grade. Relax girl pizza and tokens don’t require a lot of effort. The bathroom is gross. The machines are super gross and dirty. The salad bar is not worth paying for. This place sucks.

Fun for kids. There is a little play ground area and a variety of games to choose and play from. They also offer food and have a salad bar. It does get a little crowded here especially on weekends and later on in the day so I try to avoid coming during those days/hours and come earlier in the day. My son loves it here.

Place is ok. The only thing that i dont like about this place is that the machines are always down. I been there many times and the ticket machines are always down. I hate how you have to wait in line just to count your tickets. Then after that you have to wait again to get your price. I rated it it a 4 cause even though i dont like it the kids always have a good time.

Since I can’t leave ZERO stars I’ll leave the minimum of one. Absolutely filthy!!! Absent customer service!!! Absent management!!! When I told the skinny little twerp who couldn’t make eye contact at the check out to tell management to clean the place up and get the machines/games fixed his response was«that’s ok». This tells me two things 1. He has zero training 2. He hears these complaints daily The girl behind the ticket counter seemed to be going through the motions and obliviously not interested in customer satisfaction. Looks like whoever is in charge has yet to figure out that it’s ADULTS! paying their salaries and not the kids. So corp can keep advertising to my kids on their favorite morning shows but we won’t be back!!! Never ceases to amaze me how clueless and dis functional business owners can be these days thinking we won’t complain or that we’ll keep coming when the experience isn’t even satisfactory. The days of that are loooooong gone!!! There may not be but a handful of games but I’ll take my little monkeys to Jerseys Pizza instead. That way they can play and I’ll enjoy wings pizza and beer without thinking that the next virus outbreak is going to be at Charles Queso’s~ Be safe! And find a better place to spend your money!

The wife and I brought our 4 year old for lunch. The staff is friendly. All the games are inexpensive and most pay out tickets to redeem for prizes. We enjoy seeing Chuckie and all the games. However the food is quite terrible and the games are only on for a short time. The games may be cheap, but I’m sure they tuned down the duration of time games are on.

The short: –Staff looks bored/unhappy –Games and machines need tending to(a few of them ate our tokens) –Gotten very stingy with the tickets –Bad food(terrible pizza and salad bar was sad looking) –Place needs new carpet –Not many rides/game options The long: I felt guilty about my daughter not having more kid experiences since she usually goes fine dining with us, travel to other countries where it’s not so kid friendly, etc. so I figured we should make it up to her by taking her to Chuck E. Cheese’s, seems like the right thing to do, right? So I looked on their website and printed out some coupons, checked to see if they had toddler areas and apparently they do so I said to my husband«let’s treat her out!» Turns out that it was the wrong thing for us to do. We got to the door and she didn’t want the door guy to stamp the stamp on her, so he gave her a bracelet to wear but she didn’t like that. We tried to get her on a few rides but she wasn’t interested because there was a gigantic plastic mouse(Chucke’s figurine) next to her and it freaked her out. At this point, we had so many extra tokens, my husband and I decided to play a few games ourselves and have our daughter watch. She seemed to enjoy the skeeball and even started throwing a few with us. The basketball hoops, she was intrigued with. Certain video games, she watched on curiously while my husband played. The pizza was terrible, salad bar was sad looking, we got 50 tickets and redeemed it for a tiny pinwheel for our daughter. On the way out, one of the employees chased us down and asked if we had a stamp or a bracelet to show that the child is ours. We couldn’t find the bracelet my daughter had on earlier, so he asked my daughter«is this your daddy?»(My husband was holding her) and she cried and said«NOOO!» because the staff was so close to her, not because that’s not her daddy. LOL. The employee let us go, we laughed so hard. I was never a Chuck E Cheese girl when I was growing up, and it looks like my daughter won’t be one either. At least we can say we gave it a try and wasted $ 20.
