We have purchased 5+ fans from FanDiego in the last three years. All of the fans have been high quality and far superior to any fan you can purchase from any other store (Home Depot/​Lowes) in the Murrieta/​Temecula area. This past summer, we had a fire in our house and purchased two fans that our fire restoration contractor installed for us. One of the fans was not installed properly and my expensive fan was wobbly. Our contractor could not fix the problem. FanDiego valued us as customers enough to send out an experienced installer to fix the installation at no cost to us. Thank you FanDiego!

My husband and I originally went to Home Depot and Lowes to look at some ceiling fans but in the end we were not happy with their selection. I decided to google stores in the area that sell ceiling fans and to my pleasant surprise, FANDIEGO came up. Upon arriving, we were greeted by one of the sales associates name Ashley. She was super kind and very knowledgable on their products. She asked us what we were looking for and pointed us to some selections that were exactly what we wanted. Their selections are a little pricey but you get what you pay for… I rather spend money on something that’s going to last than have to replace it in 5yr or so.

We purchased a fan from these folks, paid someone to install it, only to find the box that our fan came in was missing an entire bag of hardware. One quick call to FanDiego and the manager, Ashley solved our problem. She had new hardware expedited to our home and Jody from their store was installing a complete fan in less than 2 weeks. FanDiego was a pleasure to work with and they understand what customer service is all about!

We keep going back. They have the best selection of fans and lights! Very patient with us while we looked at different styles for over an hour!

They have a good selection of fans in stock. They also have a catalog of other fans that are available that are not in stock. They can customize many of the fans. The prices are a little high, but we have had good experience with the quality of the fans. We have purchased 5 fans over the past year. Customer assistance has been good during each of our visits. I recommend this place if you want a fan other than the typical hardware store type.

In the last few years I purchased fans at Lowe’s or Home Depot and all four of them WERE crap. Each had some kind of issue and I ended up not happy. I purchased 4 ceiling fans from the Fan Deigo store in Cathedral City and these are quality fans with no hassle warranties. Staff is very nice, Sabrina pointed me in the right direction and I couldn’t be happier. The staff knows there inventory and will help you get what you need. 2 thumbs way up.

They have huge selection of fans, of course, and more by catalogs. From modern to vintage, I have found a few that I like aldready. The $ is a little bit high, but it is well worth the money. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, but I guess I’ll settle giving one.
You lost a $ 500.00+ sale! I arrived in the store with a friend on Friday 6÷5÷2015 at approximately 11:40 a.m. The young lady at the counter was helping a customer. She looked at us and did not greet us. We did a 3-​minute self tour of your over-​priced merchandise and not once did the young lady say she will help us after she was understandably helping the customer. So, we walked out knowing we saved a lot of money not buying your merchandise.
Think again if you’re going to ignore a potential sale.

Just wanted to say what a great experience we had with the helpful staff at Fan Diego. Angela was especially great when we changed our minds with a fan purchase, and exchanged that fan for a new one. She helped find the right fan style and color to go with our new dining table. We were treated great. We will definitely go back for any future fan or light fixture orders.

We were a bit lost when it came to choosing some pendant lighting for our kitchen. The staff here took extra time to go through their catalogs (even though our purchase was a modest one) to find what ended up being a fantastic fit.

We normally purchase our ceiling fans from home depot or loses but a friend told us about the great selection. We purchased 2 expensive fans and are ok. Both remotes control both lights so it is very annoying when you turn on the light in the office and the light in our bedroom goes on while I am sleeping. I also needed a replacement glass for an outside light and went in to describe the fixture and sent them an email with a picture and I never heard back from them. Lowes or Home Depot is a better to get more help.

I went into FanDiego today knowing I needed 2 fans, but didn’t know much else. I walked out a half hour later with exactly what I pictured! I was in and out quickly, got all my questions answered and more, and love what I picked. Angela was so helpful and friendly, not to mention extremely knowledgable. I’ll be back!

These guys are great. I spent many days, searching the web, and going to the Lowes and Home Depots trying to find a fan for outside, that had a half decent light. With the limited stock these places had, and the less than knowledgeable staff at both places, I had almost given up.
Even the usual manufacturer’s websites were less than helpful. I saw a couple of fans that I liked, but the lights were terrible, or vice versa. And generally speaking you couldn’t «mix and match» fans and lights for the combination.
Then I happened upon this place, which was ironically only a few miles away.
All I can say is wow. Not only did they have a huge selection of nice looking fans, but they also carried a large quantity of «mix and match» type lighting fixtures for the fan. I found a fan I really liked, saw the blades I wanted for it, then picked out a light fixture (from a couple of different manufacturers) I liked.
Most importantly, when I explained what I was doing they gave me the best advice I’d had yet, which was, make sure you either buy your matching lights for the patio iteself, or know exactly what you want for those lights, before you buy your fan so you can match the finish. As it turned out, I hadn’t thought about that very important point. I ultimately found the type of lights I wanted for the patio, matched those with the fan, blades and light fixture at Fan Diego, and I was all set to go. They also recommended a «outdoor rated» remote control for my fan, which was very helpful.
These people know what they’re doing. It’s that simple.
Avoid the big box stores and check this place out. You won’t regret it.
