Assurance First Home Inspections is a Veteran Owned Company dedicated to providing outstanding client services. We are the home inspector to call in the cities of Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Corona, Canyon Lake, Horsethief Canyon, Menifee, Fallbrook and the surrounding areas. We use ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) approved home inspection software to electronically document the entire inspection process. We provide our clients with traditional paper copies or electronically transmitted copies of their property report which includes professional inspection and evaluation of areas including but not limited to the following systems and components:

We use nationally recognized American Society of Home Inspector’s (ASHI) Standards to completely inspect your home and property. We use ASHI approved reporting software with high quality photos to document the entire inspection, then we electronically deliver your report right to you.

Jim G.

Business Owner

Jim has many years of purchasing experience in construction, construction materials, heavy equipment and mining industries. He began his work experience with the U.S. Army Military Police. Upon completion of military service, Jim started a career in the heavy equipment industry. He continued his education and experience working in the construction, material, heavy construction equipment and concrete industry. He has spent many years providing excellent client service in these areas in both private and public sector. His education and experience give you assurance that your inspection will be thoroughly and professionally performed. Your inspection results will be clearly documented in the report and because we believe in doing it right every time, we can assure you that you will receive outstanding service.
