Excellent! Outstanding customer service skills/​bedside manner! From the moment you walk in til you leave, the care & concern are wonderful! I am almost completely pain free, have more energy, yet also more relaxed… and I’ve been having treatments for only a few weeks. The office & treatment rooms are extremely clean & have soothing music & artwork. From Arlene, the Office Manager to both doctors, the experience & treatments are amazing! Plus, they are located very near my home, & easy to get to. Lots of parking as well. I highly recommend this office if you need Acupuncture or the other treatments they provide?

I have to admit I was a bit of a skeptic but I had heard so much about acupuncture and the benefits so I decided to give it a try. I’ll start by saying I am 39 weeks pregnant and suffer greatly from pelvic and hip pain despite my weekly chiropractic visits. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. My acupuncturist was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time getting to know my specific needs and I didn’t feel rushed. I left the office about an hour later feeling absolutely zero pain in my hips and pelvis. I’ve already made my next appointment and now wonder how I lived without it. Thank you, Access Acupuncture, for making this mommy to be feel so amazing!

Wanted to try acupuncture as one of my last options for chronic lower back and hip pain. AJ quickly diagnosed the cause with his knowledge of orthopedics. Had a quick acupuncture session and, ‘wow’, I’m pain free for two days now. That’s saying something after two years of pain. He gave me corrective exercises to do everyday to keep the pain away. I never felt pressured to buy anything or make more appointments. Thinking of making an appointment with Monica to address menopausal symptoms. If you do decide to go there, download their Pain Paperwork from their web site, it covers a lot of detail. By the way, love Arlene at the front desk, she made me feel so welcome!

Best place ever. I have tried physical therapy, all the pills in the world but this place makes my back feel so much better. Arlene at the front desk is so friendly and helpful and Monica and her husband are incredible. If you are in any kind of pain I would recommend this, even if you are feeling great I would recommend this! Simply incredible.

I was very impressed with AJ’s diagnostic skill, his technical ability, and above all, his integrity. Unlike many practitioners, he does not try to set you up for a regular series of treatments if that is not needed. Moreover, he is happy to coordinate his work with other approaches that will be helpful for your particular case. He has a great way of making you comfortable as he puts his knowledge into practice in an efficient and effective manner.

#1 the place is CLEAN! I started coming here a couple of weeks ago for pain management and stress relief. I started with a focus on the pain. AJ took good care of me. He explained everything that he was going to do which made me feel comfortable. I did 2 pain relief sessions and I’m feeling great. This Thursday I am switching over to the «spiritual» healer and I look forward to some stress relief. At the heart of it all is Arlene. She is the customer service rep who works with you and your insurance company to get everything copacetic. She is also responsible for making sure that you have had the best experience possible

AJ is knowledgeable, professional and very personable! He has relieved my pain on numerous occasions and taught me something new each time. Go see him for chronic pain or prophylactically for so many other conditions!

I can only speak about the receptionist who was condescending to the point of rudeness. From previous reviews it appears the back office conducts themselves with more professionalism. Yet not wanting to cross the path of their «guard dog» I’ll never know.

I came here after a couple months of tingling and numbness in my arm. I had no answers and felt hopeless in recovering. I had already seen a few professionals but had no answers. First of all, the person answering the phone was so friendly and so accommodating. Then I net with AJ. He told me that even if he can’t help me he will figure out who can. I had a treatment with him and it was actually relaxing. My first ever experience with acupuncture. AJ ordered an MRI for me which gave me all the answers. Although I require different treatment, I highly recommend AJ. Without him I would still be trying to figure things out. If ever I need acupuncture I will be there in a heartbeat.

*Warning: long review, but it had to be to explain why I love Access Acupuncture!
After seeing 4 different doctors about my random medical issues, I was encouraged by a friend to try acupuncture. At that time, I was not having normal periods and not getting pregnant, among other issues. I was hesitant at first because I have problems with needles and getting my blood drawn. However, when I first met Monica, she put me at ease making my experience feel more like a loving spa treatment than a cold doctor’s office.
When I finished my first appointment, I felt amazing and relaxed. Monica was pretty sure I had PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome). I had blood work done and everything came back normal. Monica suggested I see an RE (Reproductive Endocrinologist) but I just wasn’t ready. Seeing Monica every week was like a mini therapy and spa session rolled into one. She helped with my mood swings, dietary and digestive issues. A couple times I had a headache, or shoulder pain and she was able to relieve the pain through one treatment.
I finally did see an RE, he did an ultrasound and did see that, though my blood work is not abnormal, I do have PCOS. His recommendation was to go on a PCOS supplement and work on my diet to help with my hormones. I took this back to Monica and she 1. stocks the supplement at her office and 2. has amazing tools to help with diet, hormone balancing and weight loss.
After a year of seeing Monica, 4 months of PCOS treatment, I had one normal menstrual cycle and got pregnant! I am now 17 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy. I felt like I had to hold my breath because it almost seemed too easy!
I am still in complete amazement and shock over what an incredible experience I have had working with Access Acupuncture. Listing to Monica, and seeing her regularly finally allowed my body to heal. I highly recommend Access Acupuncture to everyone I know. They have the knowledge and resources to truly treat the whole person, not just one ailment.
To make sure everything was healthy, I did see Monica through my first trimester, she even gave me herbs that completely took away my «morning sickness» type issues. I’m taking a little break but will begin to see her near the end of my third trimester to begin preparing my body for birth.
Side note– I’ve had multiple friends use acupuncture to start labor, so I’m looking forward to already having my go to person for that time!

Monica is amazing. I have been seeing her for about 2 years now and she has helped me regulate my cycle and enabled me to get pregnant. She truely cares about her patients and takes the time to truely listen to your concerns. I hope to see her for the rest of my life.

My acupuncturists, Monica and AJ, both great people as well as healers. They have a beautiful clinic. It’s very comfortable and relaxing. They also a great staff, receptionist and the massage therapists. You are very welcome here. I will always recommend them! Acupuncture and massage should be a regular part of everyones healing regimen.
