We take our 4 «kids» to Timber Trails, and have done so for a little over a year. Generally, we always have a good experience, especially when we saw Dr. James. They have a new veterinarian on staff, and every time we’ve seen her she seems like she’s pretty miserable, but she does her job, so I guess that’s all that really matters.
Other than that, the staff are usually always friendly and helpful. I think a lot of them like animals a lot more than they do people, but we are the same way, so it’s not a big deal. The services they provide are high quality, and the discounted prices are a total lifesaver. We’ll continue to trust them with our animals’ care.
