Every single time I go to this sonic, something in my order is messed up. It’s just easier to avoid the trouble of trying to get it fixed and going to the Sonic on Angel and Bethany.

I go to this Sonic more than I want to admit! :) My biggest selling point is that their iced tea is always fresh, no matter what time of day it is! Of course happy hour is great, but so are the 99 cent large drinks before 10 am!

Obviously Sonic isn’t top tier food. But their service shouldn’t be completely awful. My boyfriend and I went to this location and upon arriving and pressing the order button the employee over the loudspeaker said at about 90 miles per hour«whatcanIgetforyoutoday. Halfway through our order they interrupted and told us our total and clicked off before we were close to finished. We pressed the button again and told them we needed to add more, and they proceeded to again rush it along. After 2 times of us repeating our order they stayed silent for 2 entire minutes and then finally came back on to read our order back only after hearing us discuss leaving. When the food came out, it was wrong. When my boyfriend went to ask for his money back he talked to the manager who asked what the problem was. He told him that the food was wrong, and the ordering process was ridiculous so he’d like his money back so that we could just leave. The manager then WALKEDAWAY without saying another word. I guess customer service wasn’t necessary once they knew we wanted our money back. We got our money back and promptly left. There was a nice staff member attempting to help which let us keep one of our malts, but one good guy can’t make up for a bad manager and incompetent workers.

I am not a fast food guy. I like a sit down, restaurant for lunch or dinner. We had the grandkids and were going out for lunch after a morning at the Heard Museum. They were getting cranky and my wife and I realized that a restaurant might not turn out well. So, for a fast lunch option we pulled into the Sonic Drive In. I was not expecting much, just eat quickly and get the kids back home to mom and dad. I have to say I was surprised. My Chicago Hot Dog at $ 2.29 was much better than I expected. My wife’s burger was also very good. One of the kids had a strawberry shake. wow, it was really tasty. I would certainly give this place a return visit!

Fail. What is jalapeño poppers without ranch or any sauce? Crap. I hate waisting money. They even asked if I would like some but did not include it. The highlight of this visit was that the tarot tots were warm.

Pulled in the drive through at 10:55pm on my phone to get a hot dog — got a quick«Sorry we’re closed» over the speaker — I asked what time they closed — after a delay they came back and said«11». I drove off — called them on my cell — asked to speak to the manager and got Eugene. I told him I was just turned down away because they were closed — he said«we close at 11» I said according to my phone it’s 10:55 — he then tells me that they go by the«Sonic Computer and it says it’s 5 after 11». I wonder if they open 10 minutes earlier because of this. Too bad — I’ll miss their hot dogs — they need a lesson on Customer Service and Customer Retention. Zero stars.

Only thing Sonic is good for is their drinks. The only time to get a drink there is during Happy Hour. Otherwise, they are outrageous. $ 3 for a drink? No, thank you!

Do not waste your time going here they serve old food. We even emailed the manger and he did not care. I could see if it was once or twice, but several times in a couple of months. We got two meals from there today and the fries and burgers looked like they where at least an hour old. When we took it back up there because it was so old the manger did not say he was sorry. He just gave us our money back and ask if we where some one else that emailed him. Don’t you think if you had more than one person emailing you about how your food sucks you would correct it.
