5 star products! However… Customer services from managers and employees need a major intervention «at this location». I’ve been 6 times in the last month and every time it seems everyone there is miserable and hates having to speak to customers. I thought the first couple times maybe they were just having a bad day. Hey we all have bad days right?!? BUT 6 times in a row speaking with different managers and cashiers and having the same rude out come from each is sad. Breaks my heart to say it because I love their products and this particular location is so convenient for me but I never come back to Murphy hobby lobby again. I’d rather make the drive somewhere else than spend my money with people full of negative energy and bad service manners.
