History

Established in 1982.

Mark Williams founded the company in 1982 while attending Middle Tennessee State University. Soon after graduating, Mark launched a multi-​service concept and expanded operations into a successful business venture.

Each year, the company added services and continued to earn a reputation for quality service. In 1984, Pat Bouton joined the company as a house painter. Together they continued the success and in 1990, the company gained its Tennessee State Contractors License– the company became Remodeling Services Unlimited which evolved into RSU Contractors.

RSU has received numerous awards, but the best award is always completing a quality project for families and communities that is what we are most proud of! A special award was being named one of Remodeling Magazines Big 50 in 2008 and recognized by Qualified Remodeler the last four-​years as one of the Top-​500 remodeling companies in the USA.
