And our resume boasts beautiful homes from some of Williamson County’s finest communities since 2001. The task of finding the right remodeling contractor proves to be a little more difficult. Most projects are somewhere in between remodeling or handyman work. For this reason we choose to handle both. Business Owner

Founder and owner, Shane O’Dazier entered the construction field in the early 1990’s as an electrician while still in school. Over the next few years he would gather invaluable experience as a plumber, framer, trim carpenter and roofer while funding his degree from Auburn University. His passion for working on homes in his youth served him well upon graduation as he moved to Nashville and began to work as a contractor in the prestigious community of Laurelbrooke.

Over the years he has worked on additions, build-​outs, remodels and insurance rehab claims all the while securing his name as one of Nashville’s most unique contractors. His drive for business has led him to take on smaller projects that most would pass up. His knowledge from his early apprenticeships give him the know how to get them done.

It is this unique skill set, coupled with ambition and experience that truly set Shane O’Dazier and Simple Solutions LLC apart from the competition.
