These guys are so honest it kills me… I went in ready to have my alternator replaced because auto zone said my alternator was bad. turns out my alternator belt just needed to be replaced. I was ready to spend 390.00 on a alternator but I ended up just paying 5.49 lol… thank you guys so much for your honesty… patrick was the one who helped me. He totally could have told me my alternator was bad and I wouldn’t have known.

I went to this place today based on the reviews I found here on Unilocal.I wondered how an oil change place could be so well recommended, because it’s a pretty standard procedure, so I figured the good reviews just meant it was a quick job at a decent price. It was, but not only that, but the guys were incredibly nice to me. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way: «We just topped off your windshield wiper fluid,» «We’re gonna check your tire pressure for you and make sure you’re safe». They even cleaned my windshield off for me. They took such good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on and didn’t push any extra procedures, which was awesome. They recommended a tire rotation and said if I didn’t already have a place to take my car, they could do it there. Not at all pushy, just very polite, and no hidden charges. I felt very safe and I was done in MUCH less time than I had alloted for it. Awesome service, really nice guys, and efficient and thorough work!

This place is awesome. Very professional and quick. They don’t try to sell you a bunch stuff. Francisco is about as good as it gets as far as customer service. They do more than just oil changes. So far they have fixed my brakes, balance and rotated my tires and of course oil change. If you work or live around this area I urge you to give Express Oil Change a try.

Great place to get your oil changed. They checked lots of different things on my truck, besides just changing my oil. Super nice guy that helped me. The only bad thing is the price, it seemed very high, but I guess if you want out fast and have someone great helping you this would be the place to go. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the price.

I just can’t recommend this place enough. Honesty, integrity and just out right good service. My wife came in for an oil change before a road trip. They identified a leak in a tire, bought a new one at Sam’s Club, didn’t charge her a penny over the amount on the tire receipt and changed it for her. I’ve had a few things replaced on my car in their shop and they always do a great job. FYI– it’s the Old Fort location.

Do not take your car to these people for any reason. My wife took a perfectly good car to them for an oil change and after they finished the trouble began. Her car wouldn’t start and the engine made loud popping noises. They sent a tow truck to my house to get the car and after it arrived at thier store it miraculously starts working. They made me pay for the tow. Jack is full of crap.
