Recently had body work done due to a 3^rd party crash. Professional Collision did the best estimate even though it was not the cheapest… just the most professional. The estimater spent time with me to explain the prossess, and the work required.
Despite the wait to get the vehicle in, it was well worth the wait. They kept me informed regarding the process and an unexpected delay. They gave me all the paperwork I needed for the 3^rd party.
The vehicle was actually ready a few days early, and they detailed the car inside and out! It hasn’t been so clean in a couple years!
And their work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle!
What a gem in Mukilteo!

Dinged up my brother’s truck and took it in. The initial estimate was around $ 800. After working on it and making it look awesome the final bill was only $ 400. When I returned my brother’s truck to him he never even suspected I had dented it. Winner winner chicken dinner!

Their service is amazing. We decided that our car was too old to bother fixing but they still helped us working with the insurance company, knowing full well we were not going to do the repairs. While I can’t vouch for their actual repairs, with service like that, I suspect it would be a pleasure to work with them.

Just had my Subaru Legacy repaired here. Beautiful work and friendly, helpful people to work with. They are serious about what they do.

Our family has used Professional a couple times now both for Insurance paid claims and out of pocket repairs. We have never had any problems or issues and the people at Professional make the process smooth and easy. Worked with Dylan each time and he is great to work with and very up-​front vs. some other shops I have experienced. They will help coordinate rental cars and keep you informed of your repair progress and updated time of completion. Fair prices and excellent workmanship each time. Highly recommended shop.

My car was hit in a parking lot and I had to get two doors replaced. I had to wait a few weeks to get my car in the shop, but the wait was well worth it in the end. The work done on my car was fantastic, they even worked on the interior due to some water damage caused by the broken door. Tom Stalp, the Assistant Manager, was especially helpful throughout the process and working with my bleak financial.

I was rear ended in my new car, just two months after purchase. Although I received my car back earlier than expected, there were Several issues with the car after pickup. My back seat was torn from the broken glass that wasn’t cleaned out after the accident and had to have the upholstery replaced.
Overspray was ALL over the car, even on parts that weren’t involved in the accident. Two times back to the shop, after second time was told this was from the factory. Now notice that my trunk lid is higher on one side than the other and told «that’s as good as it gets». Had thought I made the right choice, but unfortunately it took 3 times for car to be in shop to get all the overspray off and correct some of their carelessness. Car was only two months old at time of accident and have to say that the overall experience has been upsetting. Was recommended this shop by my State Farm Agent (it is a Select State Farm servicer), and would not recommend this shop. Over $ 12 000 repair, and very unsatisfied with the results. First time I picked up car, it was dirty and Both times I picked up the car the bumper wasn’t correctly buffed out and it was newly painted.

I took my car here to get it fixed after somebody hit the side of my car… I am extremely happy with the results! They replaced the fender and fixed up the bumper, which now looks like new! My door was also rubbing against my fender and they were able to fix that as well! They put on a new stock rim and they painted it to match my other rims! I was worried that the new fender would look nicer than the rest of my car, but they color matched it extremely well! I can’t even tell there was any damage there! They even fixed up a couple of spots on my back end (that weren’t part of the accident)! I was so happy to see my car looking so perfect and beautiful! If I ever need more work done to my car again, I will definitely come back here again!

My car was repaired quickly and looks great. As good as new! The front office staff took care of all the insurance paperwork in a very professional manner. No hassles whatsoever.

My car was hit during Snow-​pocalyse In Kirkland in February 2013 not once but twice. I was so sad to see my baby (my sportscar) that way. I filed two claims with my insurance company online and was given choices to take my baby (my sportscar.) I didn’t want just anyone to touch my car. I am glad I chose Professional Collision of Mukilteo.
Their process was easy. Make an appointment for an estimate then they give you a copy of the estimate. If you decide on their price and labor you make an appointment to take it in for the repair portion.
They made my baby (my sportscar) look good plus they went way beyond the basics. They had my baby (my sportscar) washed and vacuumed.
In addition there was a ding in my windshield when I picked up my baby (my sportscar) which was not their fault. They made it right by sending me to Car Tech in Lynnwood to get it repaired at their expense which they didn’t have to do. I am happy and very impressed.

I had a great experience with Dylan & Brandy regarding service excellence for my Mazda CX-​7… I was unfortunately struck from behind by a motorcycle and my rear end fender, lights, & quarterpanels were damaged quite badly. … I have not had an accident in over 18 years so things have changed regarding how insurance & adjusters work. The staff at professional collision was great they kept me up with the times & made me feel comfortable.

I usually do any and all work myself and am real hesitant about anyone else touching my cars but I had a few small situations I couldn’t fix so I ended up taking in two cars in one week for small jobs. They were very professional, prompt, and fair.

I had my bumper and radiator tie rod replaced with Professional Collision in Mukilteo recently. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. There was several rescheduling calls made because I took an ill-​timed vacation and school schedules got in the way. They were very accommodating and made the rental car process very painless for me.
My car came back to me shiny and like-​new. They even washed it and cleaned out the trash bag. I will definitely use them again if I ever have to.

I’ve used Professional Collision of Mukilteo for all the car repairs needed while raising my new drivers, most recently for a fender bender on my 2012 Toyota Prius. Each time my car has come back looking better than new. The front staff provides excellent customer service and the folks doing the repairs are highly skilled. I’d never go anywhere else.

I called and spoke with Dillon asking about windshield repair. He referred me to a glass company and offered to broker for a fee or do it myself. He also gave guidance on avoiding a certain brand of glass. Real customer service, and I’ll keep in on my list for any future body work.

I just had my car repaired here after being rear ended on 405 my Chrysler 300c is my pride and joy and the people at professional collision put it back to better than new I could not be happier.

These guys at Professional Collision in Mukilteo are great! I have an Acura TSX that that needed repair from a minor collision. The color is Nighthawk Black Pearl; think black metallic with hints of blue and purple in the light. I say this because the paint match job they did was so perfect I cannot tell where they repainted and the original begins. The dent where the person hit me was in a bad location right along a crease in the rear quarter panel. After they were done you cannot tell anything happened.
I also had them repair a scrape I put in the front plastic bumper since it was in. I figured it would still show a little when they were done, but not so. It looks brand new. The only bad part about how good they did is I don’t want to drive the car in case it get hurt again it looks so good. I will recommend these guys and especially Marcus to anyone I know that needs auto body repair.
