On the Green

The management is very friendly and always there to help when we needed something. It’s pretty quiet and located in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent schools nearby. Plus it close to stores & restaurants. And we have also enjoyed the pool and exercise room.

Absolutely no parking — until I received an assigned spot (took four months), I was forced to park near the front office, which is about a quarter mile from my apartment. The management team does absolutely nothing about parking squatters, and I’m constantly seeing cars without parking tags sit in the same spots for weeks. The management team claims that they tow parking violators, but I’ve yet to see a tow truck come once.
Absolutely filthy — The management team canceled the trash pickup service a few months ago, and has yet to find a replacement service, yet they continue to collect trash dues. Not only that, the dumpsters get filled up to the point that trash is literally just thrown in the street. I’m also frequently seeing cigarette butts and food trash littered on the stairways. I’ve attached a few pictures of what the dumpster looks like on a frequent basis.

The neighbourhood is beautiful, that’s easily the best feature of this complex. It’s the only place I’ve lived in years where I feel no hesitation to go out jogging after dark, although someone did break into my car recently. Bit of a negative, there. Guess that’ll happen anywhere.
The staff has been friendly, for the most part, but I’ve struggled with some issues with them that I’ve brought up. Often. The maintenance is my major complaint. I’ve had things break multiple times, for no forseeable reason. Our drawer fell apart in the kitchen, and they took it away to fix it. I didn’t see it again for a month, and only after I’d called three times to remind them. There’s a whole list of things wrong that I’ve called in (blinds broken on move in, closet doors fall off, plumbing issues), that only get half fixed or never fixed at all. I’m moving out next month, and there are several issues with the apartment that have existed since I moved in last summer. Eventually, you just get tired of calling the office and locking your pets in the bathroom so that maintenance can come by and accomplish nothing.
In short…
Pros: Absolutely beautiful neighbourhood and environment, great proximity to Boeing, if you get a newly renovated apartment the appliances are really nice.
Cons: Office staff is absent minded, loses packages and paper work, poor communication.

In general, the office ladies are really nice expecially Kim.
Parking are okay so far. Have to get a pass of we jave visitor over.
I am very disappointed in the condition our apartment when we first move. We were told they «clean our apartment and its perfect.» However, it B. S when we move in, the apartment wasn’t clean. Carpets was dirty, fill with lead, popcorn crumbs, screw and lead from the macabi al pencile. In addition there were stainmarks. We had to vacuum and deep clean the carpet couple times on our own. Bathroom sinks and tub had marks stain and residue. In the living room the screen were broken. Was missing a blind. The bed rooms screens were also broken/​rips. The entrance door is also broken. Cold air was entering during the night. We found spider and other bug crawling in the house before we move in. I have never moved it an apartment in this type of condition. All the apartment ive been to were «clean». This condition is not acceptable.
One of the worst matinace are experience i ever had. They have not respond to our requested services. Its been almost a month, only one thing is fix. I uderstand there is other apartment to take care of but it should take this long. If so, please response to our request.

What a wonderful place. It is quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is great too with clean homes and nice people. Also the people are active here, so there is alway someone walking their dogs or running on the paths along the road. There are plenty of stores within walking distance, like QFC is a mile away and there are plenty of bus stops along Harbour Pointe Blvd. To get into downtown Seattle you only have to hop onto two buses. It’s stress free, easy, and you don’t have to deal with rush hour traffic of Seattle.
The leasing office staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met. This is my first time living in an apartment like this and they have been really understanding of all my questions and needs. One time they really went above and beyond for me. I had to leave Mukilteo in a blink of an eye due to a family emergency. I left after office hours, but I called them next day and let them know what was going on. I had left some pretty important items behind while I was frantically packing, but they helped me out by grabbing those two items out of the apartment and allowing a friend to mail them to me. They also moved my truck for me since I had parked in an area that was needed for maintenance. The staff was there for me when I really needed them and I think that speaks a lot about what kind of community I am in. It has been great.
