The worst management personnel i’ve ever dealt with in California and Washington. My washer has been broken for over a week and a half and they have been ignoring our service request.

We stayed here on a 12 month lease, had virtually no problems. There was a little miss understanding early on in the lease where I had about 3 to 4 packages coming a week for work that needed to be signed for, and they didn’t like that at all. Made me stop having them come to the leasing office, in fact, which was frustrating, but I eventually quit that job and then there were no issues at all! Beautiful location, you can hear the slight sound of the ferry horn when it comes in to dock occasionally. They take care of the property like I’ve never seen before. Very safe area as well.

By far the cheapest and easiest time I’ve ever had to find an apartment. Jewels really hooked us up with anything we needed. Loaning us two free couches for the summer, gave me one stamp when I didn’t have, handled any dings around the place upon move in. Really smooth transition.

I lived here for almost 5 years because I couldn’t find a place I liked as much in Seattle. Nice staff and decent apartments (a little on the small side I would find out later.) Place was a little spendy, but in Mukilteo it was to be expected. Clean area with golf course, grocery shopping, restaurants, fire department, and library all within easy walking distance. I don’t regret my time here, except when I had the rude neighbor, but I can’t really blame the apartment place for that.
Only complaint was that the maintenance staff wasn’t the swiftest in fixing problems, and I sometimes had to fill out multiple requests to get the problem resolved.
