Jeff visited my home for the first time after an associate referred him to me. He arrived on time, discussed what he was doing and fixed my pellet stove so that it’s working for the first time in two months. Will use him again and will refer him to fellow pellet stove owners.

Just like all the other reviewers say. Jeff does good work, honest bloke, and I hire him every year for the upkeep of my pellet stove. Inviting a business/​person into my home is a big deal to me, so I like to stick with companies/​repair people who I can trust and recommend them to my friends and family.
One time, he forgot to hook an internal pipe up to the stove, so when I started the fire a smoke smell permeated the house. I called him up, we tried some stuff over the phone, but couldn’t fix it. So he came over, opened the stove up and saw the pipe came off. Fixed it no charge, since he left it off by mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, no problem, it’s how they resolve it that counts. Great service. I’ll be calling him every year.

Jeff is terrific. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job cleaning and servicing pellet stoves. The family we bought our house from recommended him highly and now I can do the same. He serviced our stove quickly and neatly. Even better, he answered all my husband’s questions. After a thorough cleaning, our stove is burning better than ever. He even showed my husband how to keep it cleaner and burning more efficiently.
No up sells, no condescending attitude, just a genuinely nice guy who really knows pellet stoves.

Jeff Thomas provided excellent service to replace a defective combustion fan in my pellet stove. He was timely, polite and provided excellent service. I was very pleased with the fast service would highly recommend him for this type of repair work.
