Advanced Foodservice Solutions (AFS) provides an unique & holistic services approach to our clients in the foodservice design business.
We have a Certificate Master Chef graduated from the best culinary schools in the world (Le Cordon Bleu & Ritz-Escoffier) that has a broad and depth experience in culinary food. It means that we better communicate & understanding our client/end user’s needs on the Chef & Culinary Team perspective as Kitchen Flow, Production Line, Menu Development. Many years of successful restaurant management, so we understand better all the variants on this business environment to provide a foodservice design that is very functional and cost-savings. Knowledge on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC installation, meaning that we work as team player with Engineers, Electrician, HVAC, Plumbing, Kitchen Equip. Contractor, Construction General Manager, talking the same «language» to assure everybody is on the «same page» to successfully achieve our client’s vision.

Business Owner
Justin J. Silverthorn, FCSI, Principal, is the AFS Team Leader. Every aspect of your project from inception thru implementation will provide continuity and single point of responsibility. He personally manages programming, conceptual design, schedules and deliverables Justin’s strong communication skills, professional and educational background are important assets that will assist the Client /Owner to select and implement the best foodservice concept design through the Client /Owner’s expectations and needs; facts findings; interaction with staff, design team and clients during the planning/programming phase and cost estimates for its foodservice facilities.
Trained in the Le Cordon Bleu and Ritz-Escoffier, Justin brings a unique hands-on approach to the design process. Justin shows a keen understanding of chef’s needs and knows first-hand what it takes to create a successful operation, from concept to opening, which he can apply across all segments of the foodservice industry.
