Business Owner

Yolanda K. Faile, CPM, RPA is responsible for all building operations and asset management at Verity Properties.

She has over 14 years of experience managing all aspects of commercial real estate and asset management in northern California.

She holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a bachelor’s degree in economics from North Carolina State University. Her professional certifications include a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA). is a member of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), IREM, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the California Receivers Forum. She has served on the Board of Directors of BOMA Silicon Valley. DRE #1 245 603

In addition to her real estate practice, Ms. Faile is an instructor with BOMI for both their RPA and Facilites Management Administrator (FMA) professional designation programs, shaping the industry leaders of tomorrow.
