Pear Avenue Center

small shopping center, v convenient for google-​lites, microsoft-​ers or anyone who works at shoreline technology park. i usually stop here on my way to or from shoreline park/​aquatic center if i need a little something from starbucks or 7 – 11. there is also a quizno’s here for anyone who needs to grab a quick sandwich, as well as pizzeria venti, for those who prefer a sit down restaurant. parking lot is quite small, so if you come during peak hours you’ll either have to wait for a parking space or park along the street. great location and v easy access to freeways 101 and 85.

This is a great lil center that I frequently weekly. Parking lot is small and parking is tight so really watch it as you back out.

There is outdoors seating in front of Starbucks and also by the art sculpture in front of the center.
