I really didn’t know what I was up against when I discovered I needed to have an outlet grounded. I had never hired a handyman so I cast a wide net. I was also in the middle of a move so communication was spotty.
Jim Jones called, and without a huge number of questions or stress, he said my job was definitely something he could do. After some phone tag (which was my fault) I easily set an appointment.
Jim is personable, professional and thorough. He surveyed the situation and quickly made a recommendation. He provided an estimate on the spot, scheduled the work, showed up on time and did an amazing job.
It’s so rare to encounter someone like Jim these days. I’m very happy to have found him.
