Albert Muradyan founded company with his dedicated team of foreign professionals who learned the unique technics of architecture art from masters of flooring. Foreign Floors’ top mission is stakeholders contentment and to exceed their expectations. Albert is very efficient and on time. He is willing do whatever you need and works with you to make sure you are happy with the results. He also gives advice and solutions to make the job turn out the way you want it so your satisfied. He installed some variable width Laminated hardwood floors for my sunroom which turned out great.. Looks very professional and would definitely recommend.

Start to finish it was a 5 star experience working with Albert. He gave an accurate estimate, was always on time and finished the job with great quality. He even showed up for just an hour to re-​install mouldings after I changed my mind about what I wanted. I’ll be calling Albert again for our next project for sure!

Albert did an incredible job installing our new floors. He came out to measure our house and gave us an estimate right away. We had other contractors giving us the bid, but Albert did beat up their prices. Delivery, moving furniture and installation process was very careful. Albert and his team did an amazing job and we would like to recommend him to anybody who is looking for flooring installers in the Bay Area.

The hardwords floors in our house was damaged by refrigerator water leaking and the water damage control company left a mess by yanking out only part of them and make the restoration difficult. Not many hardwood floor installations know how to deal with a half done floor. Fortunately we found Foreign Floors. Albert and Andreas did an outstanding job by carefully carving out piece-​by-​piece the hardwoods near the border along the remained good floors and those that are taken out and laid the new floors to make it seamless connected to the remained good hardwood floors. We have made numerous suggestions for change during installation and Albert and Andreas took all our suggestions and made corrections on the way. After Albert and team left we have a hardwood floor as good as before and it just feels like water damage never happened, not mentioning saving us money and hassles from installing the whole floor that would require us to pack and move a lot more stuffs in the house. I would definitely recommend Albert and team to anyone looking for doing hardwood floors.

Amazing! Albert and his team are amazing! He came all the way down to L.A. from Silicone Valley just to do our clients space. They did 7,500 square feet is less time than anyone else quoted us. Albert came recommended to us from the owner of the store where we bought our hardwood. He promptly came out to measure our house to help order the correct quantity of wood. As soon as the wood arrived and acclimated to the house, Albert and crew started their work. It was not an easy job by any means. part of our house is on slab and part of it is on crawl space. The slab portion was not quite uneven. They first evened everything out and then glued down the wood with great precision. They did a clean job with seamless tiling of all the wood pieces. They also installed thresholds and stair nosing for us… leaving everything looking beautiful. One important thing to mention is that Albert is very very responsive. We were not easy customers… and had to call him back a few times to install base boards in different rooms, clean up dried glue and one time he came out and replaced a plank in the center of our kitchen just because my wife thought it didn’t match the rest of the wood very well! He did everything with a smile and with a lot of precision! I’ve already recommended Albert to another friend and would have no hesitation recommending him to everyone else as well. A great testimonial is that even my general contractor, who has been in the business for a long time thought Albert’s work was as good as any that he’s seen!

Responsiveness is what I look for in a vendor and Albert along with his crew are super responsive. I had to reschedule with Albert a few times and they were super professional about it. They knew their schedule and when best to start a project for optimized use of time.
They completed my floors in 2 days. 1 day for demo and the other day for install. They were here until 10pm at night to ensure that it was done. He also came back to make sure things are a few days after. The movers scuffed up the stair nose and I told Albert. He fixed it! :)
Overall, I would personally recommend his service for anybody redoing their floors.
BTW — they are the only construction guys I know who drives a BMW 5 series to a job. :)

Albert was excellent. He was quite patient to answer all our questions and give appropriate feedback. Gave a reasonable estimate, suggested good shops to choose material from, did an excellent job in removing the carpet and installing the laminate flooring efficiently, and followed up through completion. We were newbies and it was so easy to work with him. This guy is honest and dependable. We will recommend him to all our friends and neighbors who are impressed with the flooring work.
