Excellent service! I have been using Golden Limo for a few years now and they’ve never let me down! I have really early morning flights or late night arrivals and the last thing I want is to have to worry about where/​when the car will pick me up, but with Golden Limo I am never troubled. Jimmy and his staff are always prompt and make everyone feel comfortable. Their cars are very spacious and smooth.

I have been using this service for 3 years now, on average of about 5 – 8 times per year (to and from the airport) and have been nothing but completely satisfied.
The drivers arrive onetime, if not early and are always courteous. The vehicles uses are clean and new. One of the best features is that this company has is that tipping with cash is not necessary, as they can bill your credit card on file, which translates to a more streamlined experience.

On my brother wedding we forgot to book the Limousine that’s one of the most important things, I called many Limo companies they were very expensive and they weren’t even providing with the services we needed they were also not very friendly that was a deal breaker for us then my friend recommended me SFO Golden Limousine I called them and I was very surprise of the very nice polite, friendly and very professional person he offered me an excellent package for my brother wedding I was really happy with their services the Limo was new and very clean from inside and outside, the driver was very knowledgeable about wedding ceremony so he was very respectful and helpful person most touching to my heart when he dropped the newly weds at hotel gave the couple a box of chocolates and a bouquet of flowers, thank you very much Mr Gagan we really appreciate your kindness and professionalism we definitely gonna call you again.

I booked Golden limo services for a friends party to the city. They arrived much earlier than the actual booking time. Gagan with his beautiful limo was very accommodating and made our trip memorable. Also gave us a good deal. Now that I have used his services quite a few times, I would definitely recommend them, Value for money and a trip to remember :)

We hired Golden Limo for my son’s birthday to take us to the SAP Center to watch comedian, Gabriel Iglesias, in a show. The limo we got was amazing, it was clean, spacious and had a lot buttons that our son enjoyed pushing. Our driver, Mario, was very courteous. We were dropped off at the front entrance and since we did not know when the show would end, we were told to call and let them know when they had to return so they could pick us up, all they needed was a 20 min window. It was a great night and not having to worry about the traffic, very relaxing. Golden Limo was perfect and we will most definitely use them again.

First off, I only post reviews when I am blown away or the complete opposite. Golden Transportation is under new ownership and with that, the service has sky rocketed from the communication prior to booking to the driver. I requested for a car to the airport a few weeks back. Not only did the driver call to advise he was on the way, he arrived early and just sat in his car until it was time for me to go. I was running a little bit behind, and the driver, Jeet, in his calming manner, advised me not to rush and he could wait. It never feels good to feel rushed before taking off for a trip. Once in the car, Jeet was very pleasant with great conversation. I really loved the sedan and the tremendous amount of leg room in the back. I inquired about the car, and Jeet advised that Golden Transportation had bought all brand new cars, so that would mean everyone would have that same experience of not feeling cramped. After the ride, I was send a very friendly note saying thank you. The little touches of customer service always make such an impact to me. I really enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. YES, I would use them again. Do not let the previous posts deter you from using them. The company is COMPLETELY different now.

These guys just reached out to me to try and get me to retract my Unilocal review while claiming to be under new management. These are the same guys who were there when they stole about $ 600 of wine from me in 2011, lied and said (in writing) that they would pay me for the stolen wine. Despite having the same names and phone numbers, they actually claimed in an email to me that they were in fact not the same guys — what a joke! I will probably have to wind up suing these guys, which I should have done in 2011… but hey, statute of limitations are still in place… and given the paper trail these guys are dumb enough to have left me… should be a slam dunk case. Long story short — these guys are LYING THIEVES!!!

I made a reservation for prom on a Saturday night, and I have to say that it was a great experience! The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and even offered a discount and a promotion to a 10-​passenger limo for the price of a 6-​passenger limo. When it was time for prom, the driver came to pick us up on time and there were sodas and water in the drink bar inside the limo. I had so much fun with my friends!

I’d used Golden Limo in the past and was appalled by the service, but they have COMPLETELY CHANGED. They were bought out recently by a former employee, and now they have turned their act around 100%! The owner of the company is incredibly nice, and the driver knew what he was doing.
Definitely much happier with them now, and would definitely recommend them to others!
