Used it for the first time after moving from NY and new to Silicon valley. The service is great and on time. Very friendly professional with great service.

For the past decade I have used Tony and Ekta Limo for all of our driver needs. They are professional, courteous, always on time, with a good variety of very clean and comfortable vehicles. I have never been disappointed and can recommend Ekta without any hesitation. Tony also knows many of the nuances of driving routes in the Bay area so that even in bad traffic he gets you to your destination on time. No better drivers in our area.

For example, if your flight is late, they will text you to assure you that they will be there for you when you eventually arrive. And no matter how much luggage you have, they take care of it all with a smile. In addition, the vehicles are spotless, luxurious and loaded with amenities (e.g. water, charging stations, etc.) I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else! Tony and his team are the best!

Ekta Limo Service is spectacular. My driver was early and very cordial and polite. He took care of my luggage and made sure I didn’t have to do anything except ride in comfort and luxury to the airport. I was able to make use of their wifi and charging station while on my way making it a complete service from home to airport.
In the past I have also used them to transport larger parties and this worked out splendidly.

Ekta Limo is the best service I have ever used in the whole Bay Area. The chauffeur appeared 15 min earlier, was very kind, helped me with my luggage. He was very familiar with the area and was very professional wile driving.

I didn’t use their business and I never will. One of their drivers cut in front of me causing me to swerve into another lane of oncoming traffic. When I honked at him he got out of his vehicle and walked towards my car to yell at me.
He was coming out of a gas station parking lot onto the road I was driving on and didn’t look.
When I called the company to report his driving, they told me they apologized for his behavior. When I said I would never use a company who’s drivers are rude and agressive to other people. The owner said he didn’t want to do business with people like me anyway! Really? People who get run off the road by his drivers and call to report it. If that is the way they conduct business I would never use their service and will tell everyone I know not to use them either!
