I did my nails yesterday, I like the changing color, it’s very pretty and interesting. Amy did a great job!

First off, the parking is terrible. Second, it’s extremely overpriced $$$ instead of spending $ 25 on Groupon (or who knows how much?!) for a gel manicure you could LITERALLY go next door to Te’a Nails & Spa (next to Trader Joes) and get a gel manicure for $ 15 or eyebrow for $ 8 (HALF THE PRICE). I didn’t think the girl doing my nails was very nice and she kept digging her nail into my skin when holding my hand.
The groupon came with this «parafin wax» where they poured HOT WAX over my hands and I almost felt like crying it hurt so bad. Maybe if ur into that kind of thing… I think I would opt out next time.

Dream Salon 100% ripped me off. I bought a 2 service Groupon, but was informed on my appointment that I had to make the appointment for 2 at the same time. I could make an appointment for 1 and they would give me the Groupon rate if I paid cash and use the voucher for 2 at a later date. I even paid for additional services. I called to make the appointment for two and they stated that the Groupon was invalid since they gave me the rate when I paid cash. Even though I already spent the $ 75.
Be wary of this shady business.

Would definitely recommend them for gel nails.
Great selection of colours and products, great service and I’m happy with nails. The ladies were really attentive, patient and made nice suggestions, too.
It’s good service value for money.

My wife went to this salon for pedicure and manicure and they did a very shabby work. Staff was not friendly and whole nail was not covered with polish.
When asked replied «you know better or I know better»

I have mixed feelings about this place. I got a groupon which was a good deal but looking at my nails now I’m not sure if it was worth it.
I had two women working on me, the one who worked on my hands did an amazing job with my French mani I’m just so sad the tips turned brown! My job doesn’t involve getting my hands dirty so I have no idea how or why they would turn brown after only 3 days.
Even though the pedicure part over all was very nice I wasn’t a fan of someone telling me multiple times that I need to go grow out my toenails and «short nails aren’t pretty.»
I also didn’t like how some random worker came up to me giggling asking if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. Felt more like an insult than anything but I could be reading more into it.

I used a Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure, and it was awesome.
Scheduling was easy, and I was greeted when I walked into the salon. They have so many colors to pick from! Hannah did my manicure, and a man who didn’t speak much did my pedicure.
Hannah was very friendly and detailed with the manicure. She even made an extra effort to get enough sparkles on my nails. A week and a half later, and the manicure is still solid. The man who did my pedicure was also very thorough. My toenails tend to grow upward, and he did a great job trimming and shaping them. The paraffin was amazing. He also verified which color I wanted on my toenails, which unfortunately did not end up looking like the sample I saw. Oh well. My pedicure has also held up.
When I went to use the Groupon (which was for 2 mani/​pedis), the owner said that its for 2 people to use at the same time. I told her it didn’t say that anywhere on the voucher. After some discussion, the issue was somewhat resolved. I asked for a certificate for the second mani/​pedi, which she scribbled onto the back of one of their business cards. Hopefully they’ll accept it the next time I go.
Services performed were amazing, however the owner needs to rethink how she interacts with customers.

Two months ago, i purchased one coupon from groupon. At the first visit, when I showed a coupon, they told me that they could price match with groupon. I paid «cash», while thinking that I could keep the coupon for later.
Today, I got there to use the coupon before its expiration. But, they told me that I couldn’t use that, because I’ve already used the service with low price. What made me really mad is the rudeness of a manager. She didn’t even want to listen to my words, and kept talking her own. I could not understand her; however, now I noticed that they are just using groupon for their advertisement without giving a fee to groupon.
They are still selling a lot of coupons at groupon.
Do Not buy their coupons. They do not accept it. They do just want Cash.

Great service … Kathyana was delightful … Entertained my whim to get a pedicure with tuxedos on the big toes, even though it was close to closing & they ran overtime to finish. As a masculine male I dare say I’m not her typical customer, but she was game for a laugh, and it was fun.
$ 35 including the tuxedo art work (I added a photo to my profile :)
Shop is clean, high end, & friendly.
Highly recommended.

I bring my mother here all the time. They are courteous and patient with a 80yr old grandmother. She gets her pedicures, hairstyles and manicures here. Outstanding work and she leaves happy every time. Great pedicures for dry feet. I’m a dancer and good foot care is a priority in my profession. Happiness and good customer service in the Dream Salon.

I bought a Groupon for this place — $ 75 for two gel manis/​pedis which is a great deal since that’s usually the price for regular mani/​pedis. I made an appt on a Sunday morning a few hours before going in and they were able to accommodate us.
The salon is really small — only two mani places and 3 – 4 pedi places. They have a great assortment of gel polishes and dec of regular ones. I thought the regular ones were kinda old looking and not organized… my usual place in Philly had all the nudes, blues, pinks, etc together for easy perusing. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and decently modern.
Our pedis were amazing! I’ve never had a pedi take that much time in a good way. I’ve heard of the parafin wax thing but boyyy was it amaze. It was a rainy day and the hot stones and steamed towels and hot wax was just superb. The mani was also good, took a lot of tiny getting all my gross cuticles.
All together, the mani/​pedi process took a little over 1.5hours so def allocate enough time cause they want you leaving satisfied!
I’d definitely return.
BTW It’s literally right at the intersection of showers/​el camino in the subway complex so don’t miss it.

I got a groupon deal and they were welcoming and very friendly. I got my nails done by hannah she was super friendly and put much care for my nails ill definitely be back

This salon ruined my hair and was very unprofessional when I was unhappy with the result.
I had asked for a warmer color for fall. The lady handed me a book, opened the «reds» section, and asked me to choose. I asked her for her opinion, she said pointed to a color. I communicated that I didn’t want anything too dramatic. She made my hair orange and gave me ugly bangs.
The dye job was terrible. She didn’t even use toner, so my hair turned out a bright orange. My friends thought I did it for Halloween. The dye stained the skin around my hair for days. I used repeated treatments of nail polish remover on my skin to try and get it out. The color was extremely uneven.
The hair cut was even worse. She gave me bangs, and she didn’t even do them well. If I wear them as normal bangs, they are too long and get in my eyes. Not so good for a programmer. However they are too short to hide with bobby pins or braids.
I hoped that maybe it would look better the next day. It didn’t. I called the salon to tell them about the terrible result. The lady who answered told me to call back in an hour. Since then, when I call, no one will answer. I have left messages and they haven’t called me back. It is one thing to screw up hair, it is another thing to not act professional and try to resolve the situation.
Please, do not go to this salon. This wasn’t even cheap ($ 115). Not worth the risk.

I love this salon and if you come here ask for Jaclyn! She’s so sweet and can do amazing designs… Whenever I find something on Pinterest I show her the picture and she does an awesome job! I love that I can show her a picture and she’s able to bring my nail art ideas to life!

Told me not to buy the living social deal and that they do not accept credit card, that I would have to pay in cash. Really poor customer service. I ended up not booking the appointment, and am glad I did not buy the living social deal.

I did my pedicure and manicure there last week. Service was good but I notice my both great toenails color came off after 3 days and I had gel for manicure, one of them color came off in few days too. It’s worse than I did my own… Either they don’t use good product or there’s something wrong w the process…

Went there with groupon and they hated that I am a groupon customer. They wanted me just to call and pay them in cash and not buy groupon. They even wanted me to return my groupon. Not sure why they advertise and sell on groupon if they hate it so much.
They took 30 $ for my husband for a 15 min pedicure. I m still giving them 2 stars as they were not too bad with my nails.

I have gone here to have my eye brows and nails done. They are so nice and care about their customers. Every time I have gone in there they try their absolute best to give me what I want. I come in with a nail design from Pinterest and I’m happy with the result.
They are very nice. They can get busy but are worth the wait.

I agree with the comments about a lack of customer service, plus I don’t think that their manicure/​pedicures are that great for the price. Honestly, I could probably do a better job myself. I have no idea what the previous reviewers are talking about when they say the the décor is «elegant.» The photos on the walls are straight out of 1993. I guess that’s making a come back. By the way, this salon used to be located near Ross and it just moved to a new location.
The worst part was that after getting my manicure/​pedicure, I wanted to pay in cash, and woman who was coloring someone’s hair was the only one who was allowed to operate the cash register. She seemed very annoyed that she had to come over so I could pay. She didn’t even bother to take off her gloves, which were covered in brown hair color, before taking my cash and giving me change. She threw the change into my hand, with the brown hair coloring all over it, which then got on my hands and the manicure that I had just paid for. I showed her, but she just threw her hands up and basically said it wasn’t her problem. I should have looked at the money before touching it. This is all after we had discussed that I live very close by (put two and two together and realize that I would be a frequent, repeat customer). Terrible.
I would suggest trying another salon.

This place is amazing, especially Jacqueline, who is a nail technician with license, she is good at picking the color for you, doing nail design, very good quality, I got the long lasting polish, which never chips, she deals with my nails with care.
I like her so much, I will definitely go back again.
Btw, the store decoration is very elegant, white and clean.
