350 degrees specializes in creating custom designed wedding and specialty cakes, cupcakes, petit fours and other desserts.

Because we carefully craft and design each order, we generally need a lead time of 4 weeks or more, if you’re having a big catered event. For smaller orders, we generally need 4 – 5 days lead time. It really depends on the order and event.

Note that we do not have a storefront.

Business Owner

For the past 20 years, my parents have owned a Baskin Robbins. Thus, early on, I was exposed to the wonders of cake making (ice cream cake to be exact), at the early age of 8.

Initially, the majority of my designs were for birthdays, made with piped flowers and balloons. Furthermore, many of the specialty designs were «pre-​designed» by cake professionals and more often than not, there was a Disney character placed on top of the cake. Don’t get me wrong, the cakes were still lovely — they just weren’t my designs.

Over the years, my techniques have refined and my creativity blossomed. Recently, I’ve turned my focus to weddings, bridal showers and baby showers. It’s hard to stay away from such contagious, happy energy.

I’m based in Mountain View, CA. Let me know what you’re looking for and I can work with you in crafting up something wonderful. I make most things by hand so you won’t see any Disney characters here — unless of course, that’s what you want! :)
