Incredibly fast & friendly service with fresh and top tasting food. Walked in cause I really needed a coffee and walked out with the best bacon egg and cheese I’ve had in a while. Back again for lunch and now I can see myself eating here regularly.

So far I’ve been here a few times. The first time I bought lunch, I purchased the UFC combo with fries and the fish and chips. It was great — the fish had a tempura-style batter and came with a delicious side of coleslaw(pickled radishes). Even though it wasn’t as crispy as I would have liked(the food steamed in the container), it was worth it. Time passed, and I noticed that the place was constantly closed and thought it was gone for good. Now for today’s trip here. After I got off of the train, I was happy to see it open. It looked a lot cleaner, and the menu had been slightly updated. I again ordered the sane things that I ordered last time, this time with a different sauce for the chicken(sweet & spicy sauce is really good; tried the BBQ mustard, which was also good). I assumed that food was still«made to order» and waited about 20 mins for my food. My bill came out to about $ 20 and it was not worth it. My biggest gripe was the fish. It was NOT at all like first time I had it. It was one of those frozen deep fried fillets that can be bought from your local Kennedy Fried Chicken for half the price(and that one even tastes better!). Why was this $ 7 plus tax? Also, they forgot the coleslaw… if you’re double checking the order right in front of me, how do you not notice this? I would give this place a 2.5 since the staff was really nice, but I feel that they are just lazy. If I do end up coming back, it will only be for the chicken, that’s it.

This place needs to get out the word to folks. No street sign to make it noticeable. It’s located inside the Mt Vernon West Metro North train station. Sort of cool trendy dark colors simple décor with table and banquet seating. Order at counter and they bring it to you(or take out of course). You can park in the Chase bank parking lot in the evening. We tried a couple of things, one being the chicken wings/pieces(we chose bbq-mustard sauce) with fries, and beef bulgogi platter which came with steamed rice and small salad. Also sampled sides mac n’ cheese, and cole slaw. The wings were tender and tasty, and the fries were good too. The beef bulgolgi platter was a bit skimpy on the beef for the price($ 12?)…came with a ton of steamed rice, and a teeny salad. Mac ‘n cheese was room temp(not warmed up). It seems early in their getting up and running, hope they make a good go of it. Nice to see something coming to the area.
