We used Artcraft to polish and lacquer brass door hardware for a yacht project. The items were not packaged appropriately and the finish had scratches and streaks in it. We had advised them this was a rush job so there was no time to send it back to them to have it fixed; and even so I do not think I would trust them to handle it. We asked for our pre-​payment to be refunded and they refused.
