Salesman treated me like a «girl» even pulled the vanity mirror when looking to purchase a high end Caddy (purchased from another dealer)

It was an incredible experience. Chris offered excellent customer service. I would recommend Holman Cadillac to the entire world. You guys offer an excellent family atmosphere. I have a Saturn and Holman Cadillac is our new service provider. The recall situation has been terrible and I have had three recalls done here. I was told parts were saved for me and then come to find out they were never ordered. That was in the past and I was hoping this last recall would fix my issue of my key being stuck in my ignition when I try to turn off my car.
This last recall was done Tuesday, Joe helped me the most even though Jennifer was supposed to be helping me, she was nowhere to be found and I dealt with her very little while I was there. Joe was great. My car came out washed and I thought fixed.
Two days later my key sticks in my ignition. I call the service dept receptionist who was aware of my issues, responds only with «Oh thats weird.» — This is more than weird, its been a terrible inconvenience I’ve been dealing with for years that this past year they keep claiming they will fix, and have not. She says Jennifer will call me back to go over my options — its been over an hour and Jennifer has not called back — I called her myself after an hour and I was sent to her voicemail.
Considering I am stuck on the road not being able to turn my car off I would think I would have a faster call back time or would have been sent to the next available person…

I would promote Joe Voght to service manager as soon as the position became available. He is professional, courteous, his knowledge of Cadillac is unsurpassed, and he has talents that are rarely seen in the auto industry. With employees like Joe, Holman Cadillac continues to demonstrate the highest standards of excellence and world class service. When my grandfather came home from World War II, he bought a Cadillac. When I came home from Afghanistan so did I. Thank you Holman Cadillac for helping me to continue the legacy.

My husband always takes care of getting our car serviced. But last week I had to take my car in for new brakes. Jennifer Williams took great care of myself and my car. Jennifer explained the options and made recommendations that were easy to understand and respectful of my checkbook. Jennifer’s customer service skills are too-​notch and we will continue to bring our car to this dealership for service and repairs.

When my check engine light came on in my car, I was very nervous. I needed a new knock sensor and spark plugs/​wires. Jennifer Williams was very friendly and explained everything to me. My car was finished in a day and a shuttle took me to and from work. I even got a car wash! Thanks to the team at Holman Cadillac for treating me like family. My Saturn is running great!

Dropped my car off and had to call twice to see if it was ready. Service advisor was not there either time. Then got a call a part had to be ordered so they would pick me up and give me a car which I appreciated. Next day again had to call and finally got a message car was complete. Drive over from Phila just to find out it was not done. Had to drive back home and go back next day. After all this did not even wash my car. I gave feedback to the advisor. Was not at all happy

I normally HATE going to the car repair shop, however Holman is clean and comfortable. The make you feel welcome and like a celebrity when you pull into the service area. Your name is displayed on a message board and you are welcomed and you door is opened to your car as you arrive. Like a valet. Tasty coffee and pastries are in the waiting room for you. The service is quick and prices are fair.
