Description

Specialties

The skilled, compassionate memory care professionals at Silverado are dedicated to providing residents with the dignity and care they deserve while they enjoy the community’s warm atmosphere. Comfortable surroundings and engagement activities designed with the needs of memory-impaired individuals in mind help ensure the goal of enriching the lives of both residents and their families.

History

Established in 1996.

When Silverado was established in 1996, our founders asked: What kind of care would I want for my family? The answers they found formed the foundation of the company you see today. From a single location we now have memory care centers in eight states as well as at home and hospice care.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care and support to those with memory impairment and other chronic and acute conditions. To us, these conditions do not mean a person’s life is over. With the proper care individuals can maximize their quality of life. Achieving this mission requires the compassion and dedication of our entire organization and is ultimately defined by the satisfaction of those whose lives we touch.

Meet the Manager

Samantha J.

Manager

Samantha joined the Silverado Orchard Park family in October 2013 after originally starting at our sister location in Scottsdale, AZ in 2009. Samantha learned firsthand about Alzheimer’s when her grandmother was diagnosed and her family tended to her care. In time, Samantha became a regular speaker for the Alzheimer’s Association in Indiana.

«Silverado’s philosophy ‘Love is Greater than fear’ has always impressed me, and I enjoy the challenge of applying it to my own life.», she explains. In her spare time, she loves the outdoors and goes camping, hiking and boating at every opportunity. You’ll often see Samantha’s furry friends, Maggie and Mobley, bringing smiles to the residents.
