I agree with Stephanie F. My husband and I are also going to stick with RB. At our request, they explained, and explained, and explained the details of the sewer repair that we (unfortunately) needed, and completed the work in a timely way. Both Tim and Reuben are very pleasant to work with. Thank you, RB!

I found R B Plumbing through Unilocal along with another larger company. I contacted both companies via their website. In probably less than 20 min I received a call from R B. They said they could send someone out within the hour. Less than 15 min later my doorbell rang.
Tim came in, fixed the issue, and was very pleasant. I was worried about finding a reliable plumber since I’m newer to the area, and this is my first house.
I’m going to stick with R B.

Was referred by a friend. He was charging $ 250 over the other estimate I received. He gave me an attitude when he was answering my question. I did not appreciate the shortness. I will never use him!

This company installs equipment that’s not up to par then they come back for a service call and charge you for adding on parts to fix the problem even though its under warranty and when the system totally fails they ask you for more money to start the process all over again stay away from them

Right out of the gate, I asked if these guys charged extra on weekends bc inevitably things go wrong on weekends and you get gauged (basically double the cost) by plumbers, etc. These guys were friendly and said they don’t charge extra on weekends. Got the job done, and showed up right away! Would definately recommend R B Plumbing!
