Established in 2009.

Blissful Blossom’s owner Chelsea has over 8 years experience and has trained at one of the most prestigious flower schools in San Francisco. In 2009 she decided to open Blissful Blossoms and specialized in weddings and large events. In January of 2015, Blissful Blossoms got the opportunity to have a store front in Morro Bay, CA. Chelsea from Blissful Blossoms is an absolute doll! She did the flower arrangements for my wedding and the turned out better than I could have imagined for an excellent price. She was super pleasant to work with and had a wonderfully positive attitude. She listened to the details I cared about and made sure they were attended to. Chelsea did the flowers for my wedding and everything was BEAUTIFUL! She was so easy to work with and the center pieces, bouquets, flower crowns for the flower girls, boutonnieres… everything… were amazing and beautiful. LOVED everything!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone for your flower needs!

I was initially very enthusiastic about this young florist but the first bouquet she made for me had two peonies that were already browning the day after I bought the flowers ($ 40). I thought I would try again and ordered two more bouquets. She did not have a frog for one of my vases and she tapped the opening of the face to hold the flowers — not a good idea they collapsed the next day and wilted (bye bye $ 30). The other bouquet is doing fine but I expected more from this gal.

Blissful Blossoms is an adorable flower shop in Morro Bay. Chelsea does a stellar job on creating beautiful and unique arrangements whether for a wedding or other special occasion. I recently had her create bouquets for anniversary gifts for my staff and they turned out great. She is also pretty reasonable and can deliver if needed to SLO or some other areas outside of Morro Bay. Highly recommend!
