Red Rocks Grill is a comfortable spot to eat and enjoy company in the heart of historical downtown Morrison, Colorado. We have an excellent menu selection; a mixture of Mexican and American dishes to please any palate. From delicious Black Angus beef Burgers to sizzling Fajitas and the sweet and savory taste of our signature dish, the Monte Cristo sandwich. Red Rocks Grill is also famous for weekend morning brunches. Enjoy all the essentials like omelets, skillets, and the delicious Eggs Benedict, just to name a few.
Our atmosphere is fun and laid back. The mixture of eccentric antics from the owner, Ana Dejesus, and the sincerity of our long term staff keep the guests coming time and time again. We truly are a family and welcome you to join ours. Looking for a great happy hour? Swing by between 4 and 6 for our buy one, get one well line or draft beer.
Come on in, enjoy a cold glass of local beer, eat a delicious homemade meal and hang out with us! We’d love to entertain you whether you are a long-time returning guest, someone passing by on their way to a concert at the breath-taking venue Red Rocks Amphitheater, or anywhere in between!
History
Established in 1993.
Deep in the heart of beautiful Morrison, CO and just outside of the famous concert venue, Red Rocks Amphitheater, lays the Red Rocks Grill. Located at the end of the main strip of town, 415 Bear Creek Ave is one of the oldest buildings in Morrison. Many businesses have called this location their home, but for us it has been home since 1993. That year, owner Ana Dejesus opened the restaurant with partner Gary Torscher. Eventually Ana took full ownership when Gary decided to move on and pursue other business ventures.
«The Grill,’ as regulars have come to call it, has had its share of growing pains. In 1896 the building survived a terrible flood that took the lives of many of the towns original settlers. On March 17th, 2001 the grill survived a massive fire from the rafters of the kitchen. After the fire, and with help of our employees and faithful customers, the restaurant was rebuilt. With more than 20 years of success, we look forward to you joining us for your next meal.
