The venue is beautiful. The service on the other hand… not so good. Months before the wedding the bride requested the arch be moved under the gazebo so the backdrop was the building not the water. This allowed the bride, groom, wedding party, and family to stand in the shade for the ceremony. Some of the people in that list have poor eyesight and the sun would affect there line of vision. The place failed to have the arch set up the day of the rehearsal and had to move it the day of the wedding. The ceremony was beautiful. I do not know anything about the officiant the place provides since the bride and groom had someone else officiate the wedding. The reception service was bad. Immediately after the food was served the cake was already laid out on the table for people to take. Being the MoH I got up and got my whole table and the head table a piece of cake. The head table was the«sweetheart» table and say just the bride and groom. When I sat back down someone took my food. My food wasn’t even out for 10 minutes. I had two bites of my food and set my silverware back on the table symbolizing that I was not finished eating. When I asked someone about it they just said they didn’t have any more and walked away. I later found out that night that they offered a second plate of food to the brother of the groom. Another issue I had was that servers kept taking our drinks. It was not only me but everyone there. I would set my drink down and turn away to talk to someone and reach for my drink that was no longer there. I had ordered maybe 12 drinks and drank only 2 full glasses combined through the whole night. I started to put my glass on the head table and the servers still took the drinks. The servers even cleared the head table before the bride and groom could eat their cake. The bride and groom got up to go table to table and the servers cleared their table. Around 45 minutes(10:45pm) left of the reception the centerpieces were cleared off including the add-ons that we brought. We never saw them again… A bridesmaid and myself was approached to clean out the bridal suite at this time. I refused to clean it out since we are supposed to have it the full duration of the reception. When the last song ended the chairs started to be stacked when there was still people in the room and we felt like we were rushed out. The party favors for the guests were pulled off the table and tossed out as well. The reception ended at 11:30 pm. When I went up to the bridal suite to clean it out the cleaning crew was just walking in there. I felt rushed to clean everything since they stood there watching us and waiting for us to leave. When I went out to the car to put things in my car the lights in the parking lot was shut off it was around 11:45. The bride and groom waited for the shuttle bus service they had paid for to run to the hotels for the night never came and got them. A worker had to use the companies van to shuttling them over to the hotel. Overall the wedding and venue was beautiful but the staff was rude and pushy. From the two bites of food and the piece of cake I had the food was good. I wish I had more of it and wasn’t taken away. I looked into having my own wedding here and got prices before the wedding. I can say I came home and tossed the information. I will not have my wedding at this place and do not recommend this place to others.

Since the time they opened, the food has not only been terrible but indistinguishable whether its pork chicken or other. Overpriced garbage!!!

Let’s make this brief but detailed. I loved this place. I went to a company holiday party and this place is rockin! What a beautiful hall– If I were to get married I would so consider this place for my reception– I loved the simple décor… The service was amazing as well– the bar ran smoothly– the apps were refilled fast! And the food. OMG– I licked my plate– no I really didn’t because it was my boyfriend’s holiday party but if it was mine I would have no shame! I I had salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus– amazing– amazing– amazing. other people had chicken– they loved it as well and the veggie plate looked so good I was ready to steal a few bites… Now let’s talk about dessert bar– the company ordered a choco fountain, a sundae bar, and a HUGE assortment of desserts– I was full but managed to cram down a few! We did have a DJ to spin tunes but I have to say there was a wedding in the room next to us and they were getting down– how do I know you ask??? Well the dividing curtain was up but it does not block sound well and we were jammin to that DJ as well during dinner and annoucements! Overall I liked it and would love to go back!

Went to the Mother’s Day brunch. Very disappointed in the food. Chicken was bland, did not have Fench Toast casserole but substituted with Bread Pudding. At $ 25 a person was expecting much more. The facility was very nice and clean. The homemade desserts were store bought pies and cupcakes were very dry. They advertised an executive pastry chef on the tables to make cakes for events but I do not think they made anything for this. Wish we would have gone somewhere else! Don’t think I would ever go back.
