They cleaned my cloth very well, and only take one day to do it.

The people their are friendly, but I have been disappointed with their service. Many items I dropped off for dry cleaning still required a good lint-brush to take off items remaining after the dry cleaning. When you pay almost $ 20 to dry clean a suit you don’t expect to have to take it home and take a lint brush to it. Additionally, other items I asked to be cleaned and pressed were dry-cleaned(at an extra expense) and overall I just have not been satisfied. Like everything else near downtown I believe they cater to the WVU Students, which drives UP the prices and drives DOWN the service and quality. I am in search for a better option — even if if means I have to drive a bit further from downtown.

Tailoring: We took several pairs of pants to be hemmed. They would not do an original hem even on straight legged-jeans. On jeans marked for 3 inches hemmed, only hemmed one inch up(so my pants are still 2 inches too long!!!) Also did not stitch on the inside of the leg, and the hem isn’t even a straight line — it wobbles up and down! What a waste of my time and money. I will never bring them anything again.

If you are going to get something tailored, you have to walk through the place and go to the back left, which is a little confusing the first time you go in. I got some jeans altered here because the inseam was too long for me. They will do the original hem which is nice because sometimes when you get things altered the new hem will not look like it matches the jeans. The service was extremely quick, I got them back in 2 days and they look great on me now. I haven’t had anything dry cleaned here but I could imagine that the dry cleaning service is just as good as the tailoring and if I do have to get something done I will bring it here.
