U-Save Rockery Of Morgan Hill

This is my first time getting concrete from here
I’m helping my bro pour a walkway and he bid it so tight we can’t even afford a 6sack mix so he got a 4sack
I can’t believe how much cream is in this mix
Not many places put out this good of a mix with such a low sack mix

After doing business at U-​Save for many years, I will NEVER give the fool that owns this place another cent! I purchased over $ 1500.00 of landscaping material for delivery, which was delivered timely by one of the nicest persons who was also extremely helpful. I returned a few weeks later to purchase more of the same product, again for delivery, this time the driver was rude — oh well. The total didn’t seem quite right, and after comparing invoices I realized that I had been overcharged for the second purchase. I returned to U-​Save, spoke with the salesman (I believe he is the owner) that wrote up both orders manually on a ten-​key calculator and showed him the discrepancy. He wouldn’t make good on the $ 100.00 difference, and basically told me that he doesn’t make mistakes. It was right in front of him in black and white. The owner showed me out, literally, like I was the crook! I don’t have time to take it further, just BUYER BEWARE!

We had a last minute landscaping project to complete over the four day weekend that consisted of 2.5 tons of boulders and landscaping materials. The positives:
1. Super friendly service at the retail location — I dealt with no less than five individuals, all of whom worked incredibly hard to help me select, order, weigh, and deliver the materials during at least 4 separate daily visits.
2. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays — when many of us have time to do these projects!
3. Delivery service was impeccable! They called as they were preparing to leave the yard and just prior to arriving. Sadly, I forgot the name of the driver, but he went way above and beyond to help my wife select the rocks in order of placement, direction of placement, and patiently worked with us through the delivery… he did not simply dump the boulders curbside and drive off.
The ‘Less than Positives’:
I really could not find any, we had a great experience working with these folks. Maybe you could criticize their size of inventory, but we still had plenty to choose from.

U-​Save is a great place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the dump drivers are very courteous, and Ray is a one of a kind guy! I can’t say enough about them. We have had a delivery of river rock to our home and several landscape materials delivered where I work, and the process was seamless both times. Their pricing seems pretty competitive as well, though i am no expert on that. Great place!

I’m sure they don’t get too many photography students looking for just the right rocks for a shoot in their business. The place isn’t huge, but they seemed to have a good selection. Sizes ranging from boulders to sand.
When I spoke to the man in the office, he was very accommodating and had no problem with my friend and I taking a look around. He even told me that once I was done with the rocks, I could just return them. So I take a look around, and after a couple minutes I come back into the office with four slightly-​larger-​than-​fist-​sized rocks, and he just tells me to take them. I asked him if he was sure, and he assured me that it would be fine. I jokingly thanked him for «supporting the arts» and was on my way. All and all, it was a pretty pleasant experience.
I should point out that they were a little hard to find. The road they are on was a bit hard to locate because it is small and next to some railroad tracks.
