I hired Marisela for my daughters wedding. She took her time with us showing us pictures to get different ideas. Her staff arrived the day of the wedding set up and were very nice! She arrived as well and went above and beyond what I expected. She added lighting and candles that helped make the room and tables even more beautiful. She is a true professional and l can tell she loves what she does!

From what I have heard and seen in regards to Maricela, she is the best. However after several emails and a phone call that was not returned, I’ll never get the chance. I had reached out to her March 22^nd via email, twice and she leave me a voicemail. I did call after 6, because my only time to talk are when I’m not working full time. 2 emails later, explaining that, I did not hear from her again. I’m sure she is extremely busy and has other clients with wedding season around the corner, it would’ve been nice to be given the opportunity.
Hopefully others get better service cause I am so bummed!

As a party prop owner, I’ve worked with Maricela on numerous occasions and she is hands down, the best you will ever find! Professional, timely, honest, upfront, realistic, fair, trustworthy, reliable, has a keen sense of urgency and is super easy to communicate with. What she says she is going to do, she does. She’s talented, original, current and turns visions and dreams into reality. It’s been a pleasure and an honor working with her. Highly, highly recommend.

Made the wrong choice of getting a «packet» for my wedding (FOOD + Hall Décor) with someone else. Friday night before the wedding I called Maricela to ask for her help. Even though it was just a day before the wedding she said she would take care of it.
The day of the wedding I had no idea what the hall was going to look like. I walked it and it looked AMAZING!!! Everything is great quality and she gives it a special touch.
I have been recommending her to all my family and friends.

Maricela was amazing! She made my wedding so much less stressful. I told her what I wanted and my vision. Right there in her office set up a table that was perfect. She added on draping, she set up everything at the venue. It was gorgeous and the pictures make me smile.
The most important day of my life she really came through. I literally just showed up and got married and the rest was taken care of. Her prices are affordable and really competitive so your money will go a long way with Pro Prep than other vendors.

I had a great experience after contacting Marciela in a HURRY after my wedding was relocated 30 days before the date. She returned my emails promptly & gave me a great deal! I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Everything was there and in order, made it very easy for everyone who was setting up — they picked up early the next morning. On top of that everything was GORGEOUS and it all worked out for the best! I am so thankful for having her help with our party rentals! THANK YOU!

I used Pro Prep Events for our wedding on September 9^th 2012. Maricela Reyes the owner and «wedding designer» is NOT a detailed oriented, organized and trusted person!
After I paid in full a month before the wedding, it was very hard to contact and communicate with her in a timely manner.
Maricela lost our invoice one month before the wedding and when I met with her to see a full table set up she tried to remember for what we paid and also she showed up with a linen, napkin and one charger. Really?! That how my wedding tables look like?! After my husband emailed her and almost fired her about a week before the wedding she finally put the table together to us to see it! It was awfull!!!
After the wedding some of our guests wondered why they didn’t have the fancy chargers at their table for which we paid?! I asked Maricela and she told us that the waiters supose to put them on the table. Unbelievable!!! We paid Maricela to be fully responsible for the entire set up NOT the waiters to verify her work! I told Maricela that our expectation is to be reimbursed for the work that was not done. Maricela responded very rudely «I owe you 75 cents». We paid almost 5k for 10 tables and room set up.
Also she wants to use our wedding pictures for advertising without our authorization which is not correct because the design was done by me, my friend and our florist Simon from Blooming Bouquet!!!
Organize a wedding supposed to be a nice experience but in my case Maricela managed to make it the absolute worse experience!
I am thoroughly distraught and utterly dissatisfied with her service.
I made a huge mistake hiring Maricela Reyes for the most important day in my life, she is by for the latest person I would ever refer anyone to.
I highly recommend our florist Simon from Blooming Bouquet, he is the best event designer in the bay area and he just opened his new business Events Galleria.

Words can’t describe how amazing Maricela and her crew was in making my wedding into the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen! Her vision is incredible and she really knows how to transform a room into a fairytale. I can’t stop looking at my reception photos and having such a big smile on my face. Maricela is not only easy to work she is extremely professional and really loves what she does. She will make sure your event is over the top beautiful and will work with you to make it happen! That’s what I loved about her from the beginning and the end results just wowed me and all my friends and family. I would recommend her to anyone throwing an even of any kind. She will turn your event/​party into a memorable one! I can’t thank Maricela enough for everything she has done to make my wedding the most memorable day of my life!

I have to say Maricela with pro prep events made my wedding everything I dreamed of and MORE!!! From the beautiful linens, gorgeous table details everything was PERFECT! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! On top of that she was so easy to work with and really loves what she does. I would reccomend her to every one and anyone looking to hire a decorator for their wedding, party, shower etc! Thank you for making our wedding day the most memorable event in our lives!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Do not even attempt to do business with her (Marisela) she is a biatch!!! My fiancé and I wanted to change our order because my fiancé’s sister surprised us with getting us linens and stuff. But marisela would not have that. She even started raising her voice at me when I calmly tried to explain our situation. How rude is that.?! Especially if you call yourself a «professional». She kept on interupting me and wouldn’t even let me speak! Obviously no one taught her any manners. So we couldn’t even negotiate the deposit back because supposedly its on the contract that we never signed!!! So this was not the worst part about it. She even hung up on my fiancé and I. And it was on two seperate phone calls. How can she even stay in business!?. Do youself a favor and NEVER do business with this BZ. But it’s ok it worked out like this.
