An ‘American’ Bar and Grill, specializing in U.S.D.A. Prime steaks and Chops, daily seafood specials, pasta dishes, entrée salads and appetizers. The Ladera Grill features extensive booth seating and a beautiful full bar, seats about 120 inside and an additional 40 in the two adjoining patios. The inside dining area is broken into two areas, an 84 seat main area, and a smaller, more intimate private room, seating 40.

History

Established in 2011.

Ladera Grill opened on Memorial Day weekend in 2011. We have completely remodeled the facility after purchasing the previous restaurant, with new flooring, comfortable booth and banquette seating, a beautiful large full bar, and an stylish private room, capable of supporting up to 40 guests.

Meet the Manager

Tony G.

Manager

Tony Garcia is one of our owners and is the Executive Chef for Ladera Grill. Tony has culinary experience in high quality steaks and chops, Northern Italian cuisine, and imaginative entrée salads.

Previous to partnering with Dan McCranie and Jim Hayter, Tony was the owner and Executive Chef for Giancarlo’s Restaurant in Morgan Hill. He has also served as sous Chef for Birk’s Steak and Chop House, and was kitchen manager for Gordon Biersch in Downtown San Jose
